• The Whispering Valley crowdfunding campaign - 13 April 2022

  Hello everyone, You will be happy to know that since last year, the development of The Whispering Valley hasn't stopped! The game is still on its way for late 2022. But we will need help for the last stretch. This is why we launched yesterday a new crowdfunding campaign. The campaign is on La Ruche, which is a local crowdfunding platform. It will last 45 days. • New mode: History mode - 15 March 2022

  If you were looking for an excuse to play The Whisperer again, here's one. The history mode is now available on PC & Mac! The History mode activates informative panels throughout the game about its historical context. If you were wondering what's a trading post, or what's that weird looking scarf on the table, you'll get answers to these questions! To activate the History mode, go to Settings >> General It can be turned on or off at any time. • Mac version, very low graphics & resolution fix - 13 January 2022

  New content and more fixes! Mac OSX The Whisperer is now available on Mac OSX and 2560x1600/1800 resolutions have been added to the list for retina displays. If you enjoyed the game and know a few Mac users that might enjoy it as well, don’t hesitate to let them know about it. Very low graphics With the GPU shortage, I know some of you are stuck with a 2010 graphic card. If that’s your case, this is for you! You can now play the game on very low graphics, which will give an important boost to some computers. Resolution fix This is what we call an “attempted” fix. Some of you have reported resolution bugs. I have been able to replicate most of them, but they are Unity related. So I cannot fix them, but I implemented a workaround that should work. If it doesn't, let me know in the forum!

• Update 1.1: Puzzle adjustments - 20 December 2021

  We know that some of you had some difficulty to solve a certain puzzle or find a certain item. No spoilers so we won't go into specifics but you probably know what we mean... This version 1.1 should fix that. It is hard in a puzzle point & click game to balance between "helping out players" and "give them the solution on a platter". The "oh that's where that item was" or "that's what I am supposed to do with that" sensations are inherent to the p & c experience. For that reason, we preferred giving you less than more. But we don't want this experience to be frustrating. The experience should be better balanced now. More adjustments will come if necessary.

• Save file corruption hotfix - 17 December 2021

  Quick hotfix for bug many of you encountered. If you saved and quit the application, your save file might have been corrupted, erasing some or all your inventory items. This is now fixed!
