Hi there, Dealers of the world!An important game update for DDS2 is coming to all platforms. On PC, we will introduce the controller support. Alongside it, both PC and consoles will get a refreshed UI. We’re redesigning the UI for mouse+keyboard and controllers. We focused on the screens that, we felt, needed refreshing the most. The PC original wasn’t designed for controllers at all, so while mouse navigation was fine, the numerous icons and circle-based icon distribution made it rather difficult to navigate with a D-pad or a stick. Wherever we felt the UI was too inconvenient, we made changes. But they’re not driven only by the controller experience. Thanks to redesigning the interface with general UI design principles in mind, you should feel a positive change even when using a mouse and keyboard.Here’s a comparison of one of the screens we refitted. What you’re all the most interested about is probably the car update. It was announced but never came to fruition. The original team started the early stages of development but they never completed it. This update was left in a state where it had severe technical issues, especially the vehicles’ physics were game-breakingly broken.Recently, after our internal team had independently improved the game's technical state and addressed numerous technical issues, we looked at the possibilities related to the car update. If drivable cars make an appearance in DDS2, they will take on a new form because the code requires rewriting from scratch. That’s why we decided to remove the trailer.We need to rethink the addition of cars, and if we choose to pursue it, start its development anew. We did our best to fish out the missing translations and filled in a huge amount of text, but if you find any other instances remaining - let us know. Here’s what’s been fixed:After changing the keybind, in-game triggers no longer show the default key.The bug with lights flashing on medium and high Global Illumination Quality settings.Quests “Set up a dealer’s cabinet” and “Hire your first dealer” no longer update at the wrong times.Added a new pop-up informing about the situation that when the player first gives drugs to a dealer and then makes them a distributor, the drugs disappear and cannot be recovered.SPOILER! – Fixed the bug when the cave thugs can attack the player after choosing their side. We present the first update made by our internal DDS team. More updates will follow next year.Patch Notes:Fixed the crash that occurred when trying to purchase an item with a placeholder icon.Prevented the situation when saving the game while on a boat blocked the character in the boat. Please note that saves made before this update, that blocked a character, will not unlock it - this fix isn’t retroactive.Visual options now work and apply changes to the look of the game. Note that despite this, it is known that choosing lower visual settings does not significantly improve the frame rate since the game is system-demanding in other areas. We intend to handle this in a later update.Leaving a vehicle by a passenger no longer causes the vehicle to be permanently blocked.

- Drug Dealer Simulator is coming to PlayStation 4 on 6th November 2025! - 3 November 2025
We're about to open the streets of Ghetto to the owners of the legendary PlayStation 4. The release date for Drug Dealer Simulator PS4 edition is 6th November 2025, at the price of $24.99.DDS PS4 will be a cross-gen offer, so if you buy a PS4 version, you can download the PS5 edition, and the other way around. If you had already bought DDS1 on PS5 before the PS4 version's release, it will also be available to you. The performance targets for the platform are 1080p @ 30 fps. Note that save files are not cross-platform compatible, so you'll have to keep separate saves for your PS4 and PS5 adventures.See you in the Ghetto!

It's taken a while, but we faced some unexpected problems, which, for example, caused the sky to flicker since we had to update the engine version. Hi everyone! The work on DDS2 continues! Updates will come. After getting into the project, we narrowed down the list of bugs and improvements which we consider the most crucial for now. Below you'll see what changes are in the works. Please note that it is not certain yet which fixes will come first, or what a single update will consist of. We'll see along the way if it'll be a couple of bigger updates or a series of smaller ones. At the same time, please note this is only a partial list of bugs we wish to take care of.
