• fixed memory leak, updated visuals, Chinese translation, and more - 12 September 2026

  changes:- Chinese translation (if anything is off, please let me know)- record players can have the volume of their music adjusted- added a new visual effect in colorless portions of Level 2 Demo- fixed a memory leak- many other small things I've forgotten......but I haven't forgotten about the full version of Level 2, it's coming soon™.

• new graphics settings and better performance - 13 May 2026

  added two new graphics settings: terrain detail: affects distance at which the terrain is rendered at full quality render distance: a heavy-handed way to gain performance by simply rendering less (fun-fact, this is the same method the original web-browser version of the game used in order to run at decent framerates) also rearranged the level-select screen such that level 2 is on the left. the reasoning for this is that i think level 2 is a better staring point than eraser classic for new players, and this layout better reflects that. also fixed a bug that was prevening the planes from tinting properly in level 2.

  yep, Level 2 is real. wishlist it here!this update adds the demo level for the upcoming Level 2 dlc, as well as achievements and tons of visual and mechanical additions/changes.listing everything i've changed for level 2 would be impossible (i literally don't remember at this point), but here are some of the big ones:there's color, and lots of new visual effectsthe dash-punch now has strength tiers and rewards proper timinglanding a kill also grants you the air platform, not just parriesyou can airdodge, and the ground dodge is far more controllablejumps can now be charged, with a significantly higher max height than beforeknockback is completely different, and a lot funnier in multiplayer :)many of these mechanical changes are significant, and would completely break the way level 1 plays. so, the mechanics of the original game have been preserved in level 1 (now called Eraser Classic),…

• Cosmetic Rewards + Multiplayer Text Chat! - 12 January 2022

  This update adds cosmetics rewards for completing the game! standard victory -> unlock the sword cosmetic hard mode victory -> unlock the shield cosmetic You can unlock these cosmetics in either solo or multiplayer. This update also adds multiplayer text chat, so now you can share tips and socialize! If people are being too rowdy, you can also mute them via the player list. There was also a bug present before that caused lower framerates to receive slightly less gravity, so that's been fixed and values have been adjusted to compensate. There's also some minor changes to the spike-funnel portion of the level to (hopefully) make it a bit less tedious to escape.

• Stat Tracking Update - 20 December 2021

  Your best solo time and number of solo completions in both Standard and Hard Mode are now recorded and visible from the main menu! This update also fixes nametags in multiplayer (I accidentally broke those with the dark mode update, woops!)
