Hello guys. On December 2nd Pact of the Ancients will complete 2 months of launching. Since 2019 until now I launched a lot of games and none of them had such terrible first months as Pact. It's by far Male Doll's worst project when we talked about revenue and one of the most expensive ones when we consider the investment. I could tell you the reasons but in the end, it's my fault to allow this project to be launched, especially when it wasn't entirely designed by me. I know you all are disappointed with the final result and I've been thinking a lot about how to fix this. So here are the steps I plan to work on in the next months: 1) The game will be hidden/removed from the store: It has terrible reviews, Steam's algorithm has punished us for that (and for its revenue) and the more people buy it, the more people tend to be disappointed with the game and with Male Doll. Hello everyone! I'm dropping by to say to you all that my team and I are completely aware of the many bugs Pact of the Ancients have. To create visual novel moments with full voice-over we implemented a Unity template that we used to work for our novels and we adapted it to support a huge gameplay moment. However, this template didn't work as we planned and basically all bugs and negative reviews we have been receiving are being caused by it. We know how to fix that and the answer is quite simple: we are remaking the gameplay! The moments you buy a skill/equipment, the lewd animations you have during the gameplay, the chests that release a portion of the story, and then a CG; EVERYTHING is being remade. We're so excited to announce a new update to Pact of the Ancients! Check out what has changed. 3 new SFW collectable scenes, involving 3 couples: Gladiator and Demon(collectable in the Goblin Hideout) Gladiator and Barbarian(collectable in the Pirate Island) Gladiator and Satyr(collectable in the Viking Village) As you saw on the game road map available on the Steam page, we would have 5 but to focus on fixing bugs as soon as possible, we had put our efforts into that and we decided to make scenes involving couples instead of individual scenes. In the next few weeks, the voice-over for these scenes will be implemented. Stay tuned on the patch notes to be notified about that. Also, after receiving a lot of feedback regarding bugs and freezes, we were able to identify what was causing these problems. Hello everyone. Today we've come to talk a bit more about Pact of the Ancients' gameplay mechanics, which you'll get a closer look during the livestream we'll be hosting here on Steam on August 1st. We're introducing a brand new attribute called Magnet - that may be familiar to veterans of Vampire Survivor and similar games. With Magnet, drop items will be irresistibly drawn towards the player, making looting and collecting a breeze! The Magnet attribute functions as a powerful tool that significantly enhances the player's ability to gather XP Gems and treasures. No longer will you need to walk around. The Magnet will do the hard work for you! This attribute will have a default standard value to all playable characters, and may be increased by appropriate equipments and powerups. Today we come to bring news about Pact of The Ancients. As some of you know, we already had good material for this game, but it had some problems that we spent a long time researching and trying to solve.
