The location depicts a winter city. In the foreground of the location is a railway, along which a locomotive periodically passes. Also in the foreground is a carousel with horses, and next to it children are making a snowman. In the middle there is a frozen pond where people are doing their favorite things, someone is skating, and someone is fishing.
