- The Harrower's innate skill - 17 September 2026
Hello Hunters! We're back this week with new gameplay information on the Harrower! After a first showcase of some of his skills last week, it's time to talk about his innate ability. An innate ability is a special skill that can be either passive or active, which helps define a bit more the play style of a character. The Knight has the Fuel, the Oracle has the Vision, the Barbarian has the Rage and the Tracker has the Targeting. With the Harrower, we're introducing Instability.Innate skill: InstabilityYou may remember from the previous Devblog that the Harrower himself is not tied to any elemental type - well, that's because his skills only deal Physical damage. You may also remember that he developed a special relation with the Wyrmlings - in fact, they are a full part of his innate skill.Instability allows the Harrower to equip up to 10 Wyrmlings skills, instead of 5 for the other classes…

- Dragonkin: The Banished (Xbox Series X) Review - 26 March 2026
Action RPG fans have been fed extraordinarily well over the past decade. Diablo fans have gotten a remake and a new mainline title, Path of Exile 2 has made waves, and other titles like Grim Dawn have developed a religious following. With such a growing selection, Dragonkin: The Banished is developer Eko Software’s second attempt at the genre, and it is a title that fits neatly into that gameplay niche. Dragonkin: The Banished is a dungeon-crawling power trip that serves deep, dynamic systems and class building to fans and newcomers of the genre alike. Dragonkin: The Banished throws you into the deep end right away as souped-up, final-build versions of each of the classes available on the character-select screen. Unlike other ARPGs, this is a novel way to approach class selection. After having a turn at playing the final form of the four builds, I came away most impressed by the Barbari…

But we can’t take all the credit; it was the culmination of our vision from the game, the feedback from you, our community in Early Access, and the hard work of the developers to make it happen. These changes seem to be landing well, especially the rework of the skill system to a spender-only system, the Hunting Board changes and the multiplayer for those who’ve checked it out.
