Here’s the list of slams this update has to offer: New languages have been added - we’re now ready to slam in Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish! Equipment Management - need to get out of your wrestling gear quickly? No problem! Now, we have an Unequip All function! Perfect for that costume change before your next match. Additionally, we’ve added a quick way to sort your inventory and equipment! Dungeon Skip - now you can quickly go to the other side of a dungeon on the World Map without going inside. This applies only to dungeons that you have already completed. Better Numbers! - stat boosting items now show adjusted character stats instead of the character’s HP and AP only. Today’s patch has one standout feature—Auto-win QTEs! This feature will automatically complete any button prompt during combat. You can toggle this on at any time in the options menu. The team is committed to making this game do its push-ups so it gets stronger and stronger. Expect some improvements and polish soon, including: Adjustments to the run speed to put some spice in Muchacho Man’s step. The game has several toggles for combat, including Max Damage, Invincibility, Slow QTEs, and Auto-pinning. - New Build for Players in China - 23 August 2023
Dear Chinese Players, We are happy to announce that we just released a new build without the online features that were causing the game to fail to load for our players in China. This build is available now, and will be the default version automatically for all players in China. For those that have already purchased the game, you only have to restart Steam, then update the game! You should see 0.2.1.92.9nt at the bottom right of the title screen. Currently, this build is only available for Windows. We will have an additional build later this week for Linux/Steam Deck. Mega Cat Studios and Skybound Games announced today that WrestleQuest will now be launching August 22 across all platforms. When performing final checks on one of our launch platforms, we discovered it was possible for players to lose their save game progress when playing WrestleQuest on multiple different devices. Because this is a game filled with hours of content and player progress is so important, we could never bodyslam our fans like that.
