We still have plenty of room for improvement, but we've managed to address some issues, particularly noticeable on the larger islands. However, you will likely experience improvements on smaller islands with lower-end configurations as well. Skip Card & Skip Card Plus Based on your feedback, we've made changes to the operation of the Skip card. Bug Fixes Free Spot bug: In certain cases, free spots did not appear in specific positions even though they should have. Fixed. Incorrect tile height display: After extended gameplay, there were instances where the displayed tile heights deviated from their actual values. Fixed. We're thrilled to announce that the Land Above Sea Below FREE Prologue version is finally out! One of the most important things is that with this step, we've completed the game's demo. Huge thanks to everyone who tried it out and provided us with feedback. We warmly welcome your thoughts about the game (or anything else, of course :) ). In the prologue version, we've made some major changes to the gameplay to make it more balanced and, of course, fixed a bunch of bugs. Tree of Falls One of the most significant changes involved the Tree of Fall mechanism. So far, there was one type of ToF in the game that could synergize with all basic types. That has changed now. Each basic type has its own ToF, which can only synergize with the corresponding biomes. We've created separate action cards for each ToF. But getting extra ToFs isn't just limited to cards. Autumn is here again ...so are we with lots of news, and with a major update! Our team has expanded to 4 people, we're now working with a graphics designer and a composer together. We plan to release the game in early access as soon as possible - we would be happy if it could happen this year. We implemented a lot of major and minor tweaks and changes, to make the game even more fun to play. Update Notes Reworked Score System We have rethought the score system and instead of showing the score for each tile one by one, we instead write the total score above the newly placed tile. In addition, by taking into account all the tiles involved and the level of synergy, we have introduced extra multipliers so that it is much better and clearer to see if a tile has been placed in a really good position. After a long silence, we report back. The development has not stopped, in fact there are many new additions to the game and more importantly to the team! We have added a graphic designer and a composer in the last month. Without being exhaustive, the following things have been added to the game: completely new and much more intuitive UI island extension system long-term objectives new highlight system new water shader for the sea4 visual upgrade plus animations much more balance The demo version has not been updated yet. Our plan is to make an early access version as soon as possible. We will update the demo in parallel.
