  • Go Home Annie – New Update is Out Now! - 31 March 2026

Along with the console release of Go Home Annie, we're giving PC players a big chunk of new content in the form of a free update. Why are we doing this almost a year after release? For me personally, I always wanted to explore what more we could do with the supernatural handheld camera. At one point in the game you get it back after it being locked away for some time and then you barely use it. I wanted to change that and make the players feel like they were awarded for getting this powerful SCP back into their hands. Along with that, there was the challenge of setting expectations. Although we don't mention the word "horror" in our Steam description because the game was never designed with scaring the player in mind, we show a friggin' jawless demon deer staring at you and red hands coming out of buckets in the trailers. That sets certain expectations in the player's mind. So we decide…

To survive, she’ll need to run, hide, and master the supernatural handheld camera in creative new ways to overcome her biggest and scariest challenge yet. The update's release is planned for early 2026. At the same time, the game will finally be coming to consoles as well!🤩

  • Go Home Annie ArtStation Art Blast - 11 August 2025

Making a video game non-stop for four years resulted in so much beautiful art being created for the various scenes in the game. We wanted to share some of these art pieces created for Go Home Annie by our various artists. From concept art and characters to props and environments. All the images in this post link to the artist's ArtStation pages where you can see more of their work on Go Home Annie and other projects.Mladen BošnjakMladen was in charge of the creative direction, setting up all of the levels from concepts to blockouts and all the way through lighting and environment art.Mateja OlujićWhen everyone comments on the authentic yugoslavian feel of The House in Go Home Annie, it's Mateja's props that actually sell that atmosphere. She worked on many of objects in the game and did environment art on a few whole scenes, like the Replication Chamber and Forest and Meadow levels. Josi…

  • Go Home Annie – Update #1.0.36 - 27 May 2025

Surprise everyone! We've just dropped the second update for Go Home Annie. This update is focused on adding new content to better present the game's narrative. We've added a whole new cutscene and new dialogues. Major additions: – Dad's Tape cutscene: The Twisted House level has been reworked so that Annie watches a new "confessional" tape seemingly filmed by her dad at the end of the Endless Hallways puzzle. This cutscene connects several story threads and reveals key plot points that were left ambiguous in previous versions of the game. A snippet from Dad's tape. – Gamebear Advice: Annie now takes SCP-5270 (GameBear Advice Handheld Console) with her after encountering it in the Twisted House level. The console will periodically vibrate, indicating Timmy The Bear wants to talk to Annie. This opens up new dialogue that fleshes out the story and can optionally help Annie with solving puz…

  • Go Home Annie - Update #1.0.26 - 14 January 2025

Hi everyone, we're happy to bring you the first update for Go Home Annie, which addresses players’ feedback. Thanks to your reviews, feedback, videos, and bug reports, we've fixed various bugs and made smaller adjustments in the game to give you an overall better experience while playing Go Home Annie. Major bug fix: - Level loading on hard disk drives fixed: Go Home Annie is designed to run without loading screens by loading levels in the background while playing. Unfortunately, on slower storage devices the levels don't always manage to load on time. If a level is not loaded on time, you will not fall through the floor anymore (or see a blue void) but will simply get a loading screen until the next level is loaded. This fixes the "void after leaving house," "void instead of facility level after decontamination," "blue void at Radio Tower," etc. Gameplay: - Shortened Endless Hallways d…

  • Go Home Annie—Character Creation - 21 October 2024

Indie Horror Showcase Go Home Annie is participating in The Indie Horror Showcase on October 24th with a brand-new trailer! John Wolfe will be hosting the event, so we’re expecting top-tier entertainment. Along with Go Home Annie, there will be trailers for The Thing: Remastered, Clock Tower: Rewind, and loads of other upcoming indie horror gems. Character Design I’d like to share a bit of our character creation process. We start with a general idea of the character’s life and what shaped them into the person they are now, in terms of both visuals and personality. We then give tons of notes to our concept artists (in Annie’s case, Antonia Klarić), who turn our words into beautiful concept art. Mood board Exploring concepts Annie’s final concept art. And a good reference if anyone wants to cosplay as Annie this Halloween🙂 Next, we create a 3D model of the character in iClone Character C…

  • Go Home Annie—Meet the Team at Misfit Village - 1 October 2024

Meet the Team at Misfit Village! For this devlog, we’re going to do something a little bit different. I want to tell you about all the beautiful people working on Go Home Annie, so I’ve taken it upon myself to highlight the various accomplishments of my teammates and me. At the end of the devlog, I’ll also talk a bit about our collaborators, without whom the game wouldn’t be nearly as good as it’s turning out to be. The Core Team Petar, Josip, Mateja, Matthew, and Mladen at an abandoned military air base built into a mountain (our twisted idea of the perfect team building location). Mladen Bošnjak Role: Creative Director I’ll start things off by introducing myself. Video games are my passion in life! The very first time I saw a video game, I knew I wanted to make these things. The mix of visual art, music, and interactivity had me completely captivated. Game development was my only hobb…

  • Go Home Annie—Devlog 5 - 12 June 2024

Talking bathtubs and steampunk vending machines for Go Home Annie—all kinds of stuff brewing at Misfit Village! Part 1: The Asset Pack Conundrum When I first started working on Go Home Annie, the scope of the game was much smaller. I still have a file named Grand Plan from 2019 that says, “Make a weird horror camera game in six months, put it on Steam.” (That didn’t quite go to plan...) Since the game’s scope was limited, I decided to use asset packs for some of the rooms in the Facility chapter. Asset packs are pre-made packs of models, levels, scripts, or anything else required to make a video game. By using them, you’re running the risk of the game looking like other games that use the same pack, not having a distinct art style, and so on. As my ambition grew and the scope of the game grew with it, I decided to replace most asset-pack objects with completely custom models, but there…

  • Go Home Annie—Devlog 4 - 23 April 2024

Hi everyone. This is Mladen, Creative Director at Misfit Village, coming at you with our fourth devlog. As promised in the last devlog, I’ll be talking about how we go about creating cutscenes and character animations for Go Home Annie. Storyboarding We create the levels, gameplay, and story at the same time, so these three elements often inform one another, giving us a sense of when a cutscene should start in the game and what it should tell the player. All cutscenes push the story and the player’s goals forward, but some are there to give the player a break from puzzles and exploration. After we have a rough idea of what should happen in a cutscene, we make an ugly, rough version of it with static characters and basic camera movement. A screenshot from a rough version of a cutscene. Don’t judge. All our cutscenes are seamlessly transitioned into from gameplay and are experienced from…

  • Go Home Annie—Devlog 3 - 29 February 2024

Hi, Mladen here, the creative director at Misfit Village. Time for Devlog 3! This time I'd like to focus on the technical aspects of Go Home Annie. Annie is being developed in Unity with the HDRP render pipeline. We decided to go with Unity for a few key reasons: We like to have all our files directly in the project. For instance, we put .psd (Photoshop images) and .blend (Blender 3D models) directly into the Unity project. This allows us to edit parts of the game rapidly from right inside the engine. We worked with Unity for more than a decade before starting Annie so we're familiar with all the upsides and downsides. It allows us to access crazy modern stuff like no loading screens, awesome volumetric lighting, beautiful volumetric clouds, Nvidia's DLSS, Temporal Upscaling, complex skin shaders, crazy awesome particle effects, and so on. Check out these clouds. I can swap them with on…

  • Go Home Annie—Devlog 2 - 27 December 2023

Hi, Mladen here, the creative director at Misfit Village. Back with another dev log about the making of our horror adventure game Go Home Annie. This time we'll delve deeper into the game's world and lore. If you're like me and are curious about the deep lore of a game you're playing, look no further cause we've got you covered. The environment of Go Home Annie is filled with optional snippets of history and backstories for you to find and piece together. And if you prefer faster-paced gameplay, without reading every little note, log, and document, playing through the main storyline will be more than enough to enjoy the game and get a great experience! One of the many snippets of the game's backstory you can discover while exploring Go Home Annie's environments. Go Home Annie is part of the SCP Foundation universe - a fictional secret agency that secures and contains anomalous objects a…

Short description

A twisted psychological thriller and an original story set in the SCP universe. As an employee of the SCP Foundation, test artificially created paranormal events, solve puzzles, interact with anomalies, and uncover the secrets of the Replication Division.

About this game

Take on the role of Annie, a low level employee of the SCP Foundation, a covert organization meant to secure and contain anomalous entities and protect the general public from them. Why has an organization with the motto "Secure, Contain, Protect" created a division for replicating dangerous paranormal events and anomalous entities? Why are you tasked with repeatedly testing the same replicas, with a seemingly never changing outcome? You will need to take drastic actions to uncover your true purpose and alter the course of your fate. Twisted gameplay mechanics: utilize existing and original anomalies to solve puzzles and navigate levels. Explore every corner of the mysterious facility: from terrifying experiments, to loose subjects, no place in the Replication Division is completely safe. Our take on the SCP Universe: if you're familiar with the stories of the SCP Foundation, you will find a lot to love. Besides the most popular ones, you will meet and interact with many hidden gems of the existing SCP Foundation Lore.

Steam marketplace comparison data

Price History Overview

USD uses SteamPulse's own locally recorded daily store snapshots, so this overview reflects the exact regional price history that SteamPulse has captured for this currency.

Coverage And Tracking Window

  • Snapshots: 1
  • Coverage: Sep 24, 2026 to Sep 24, 2026
  • Lowest observed: $19.99
  • Highest observed: $19.99

Go Home Annie: An SCP Game's USD price history spans from Sep 24, 2026 to Sep 24, 2026, with 1 recorded snapshot across 1 calendar day. Each row records the available final price, listed base price, and discount metadata for that observation. Within this coverage the lowest recorded price is $19.99, the highest is $19.99, and the first visible tracked price is $19.99. These comparisons apply only to the snapshots SteamPulse holds; missing observations can contain changes that are not represented here.

For USD, SteamPulse uses locally captured regional storefront snapshots and does not reconstruct older prices with exchange-rate conversion. The chart and table show the values recorded for this exact currency from the stated coverage start. Additional snapshots extend that record, but they do not fill unobserved days or prove what the storefront displayed between observations.

Discount Windows And Sale Timing

  • Discount windows: 0
  • Discounted days: 0 days
  • Deepest markdown: No discount tracked
  • Latest sale window: No sale window tracked

Go Home Annie: An SCP Game's tracked USD rows do not contain a discount window. This means no available snapshot in the stated coverage has usable discount metadata; it does not prove that the game was never discounted. Missing snapshots or archived rows without complete metadata can hide a sale, so SteamPulse does not infer pricing strategy from this absence.

If a later snapshot includes discount metadata, it will appear here with its recorded depth, price, date, and sale name when available. Until then, this section should be read only as a description of the available rows, not as evidence about the publisher's promotion policy.

Observed Price Changes And Stable Runs

  • Observed price drops: 0
  • Observed price rises: 0
  • Longest stable run: 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking
  • Current run: 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking

Outside rows carrying discount metadata, the tracked price has not recorded a separate price rise or drop yet. That means the observed undiscounted level has stayed stable across the snapshots SteamPulse currently holds. This is a statement about the recorded coverage only; it does not prove that an older or missing price change never happened.

The longest unchanged price stretch in the current record lasts 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking at $19.99, from Sep 24, 2026 through Sep 24, 2026. Among rows without discount metadata, the longest unchanged run lasts 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking at $19.99. The latest run records $19.99 for 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking as the same recorded undiscounted price. Run lengths describe consecutive stored observations only and do not establish that a price is permanent.

Latest Snapshot And Sales Context

  • Current price: $19.99
  • Current list price: $19.99
  • Distinct observed prices: 1
  • Source mode: SteamPulse local tracking

The latest tracked snapshot records Go Home Annie: An SCP Game at $19.99 in USD, with no active discount metadata. Across the available history SteamPulse has recorded 1 distinct final price in this currency. This supports comparisons with the lowest, highest, and most common values present in the retained record, subject to the stated coverage limits.

The live sales view and Steam sales record provide calendar context for these dates. A date overlap can be compared with a named Steam event, but it does not prove why a publisher changed a price. As new daily rows arrive, this overview recalculates its observed prices, discount windows, and run lengths automatically.
