Hello Battlers, We have some big news to share! As of 20th December 2023 Big Fat Battle will go Free to Play. Why? We know Big Fat Battle is at its best with full lobbies and so our reasoning for this move is to encourage additional players to join the arenas and ensure that you have more interesting matches. We launched intending the game to be premium with no in-game purchases, however we have listened carefully to our audience and believe the best way of ensuring players have the fullest experience is to bring in more battlers. Hello Battlers! Firstly as we come to the end of our first ever Next Fest we wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to play our demo. We’re absolutely delighted with the response from you the players, and really appreciate every compliment, topic of feedback and bug report made! Our discord has begun to grow into the community we had hoped and we especially enjoyed the ‘play with the devs’ evenings; we’ll be running more of those soon! Hello Battlers! This past week has been an exciting one! We launched the first Big Fat Battle demo into Steam Next Fest and have been thrilled with the reception! Thank you all! You may have noticed we’ve updated the demo a few times over the last few days and so in this devlog we are going to look at the changes made! First, we introduced the the first version of our friends system: now you can add your friends and organize your teams of battlers. This way you can balance them with different characters or go for a thematic team build (we’ve seen a lot of monkey teams!) We have also added more coins to allow the more skilled among you to upgrade quickly and buy more buffs!
