After the release of Baradroid, many players were left frustrated. The game had been announced with a much broader scope — and while we did our best with what we had, the final version didn’t match the expectations we had set. We had promised to release Caleb’s route, which was fully planned and partially developed — but in the end, it didn’t make it into the final game. Over time, with more setbacks and reflection, we came to understand that there’s no reason to keep pushing a project that faced so many challenges and ultimately left players disappointed. Check them out: Now, you can complete Ayden's Justice Route without a black screen; The final adult scene between Evan and Ayden is available only in the Justice Route; When you meet Ayden for the first time in the lab, he will be naked when the text talks about it. 2 achievements have been implemented, so we can check if you guys are completing the whole game. Hello everyone! Two years after Baradroid's announcement, we released its first build. It was a challenging journey to make one of our most significant projects, and I want to share a few things with you all. I hope they help you understand some changes we made to complete the project. When we started it, we made a Steam page as fast as possible. We aimed to collect wishlists while we completed under-development projects, and then we would start Baradroid. Things started pretty well. We had a fantastic writer on the team; the project would have more than 100k words, Live 2D sprites (as Fallen Bear), five routes; it would be a BIG project! However, after the first weeks with the Steam page available, we noticed the wishlist rate wasn't as good as we expected. We could be sad about it, but we decided to take risks. Step 1: Our backers will receive a form through Kickstarter with information to fill out, such as the chosen rewards and their Friend Code. Step 2: To obtain this Friend Code and complete the form, access the 'Friends & Chat' tab located in the bottom right corner of the Steam home screen. Step 3: With the friends list open, click on 'Add a Friend' (+). Step 4: The number shown on screen is your Friend Code. Copy this number and paste it in the designated field on the form. Hello everyone! Writing Since the last devlog, we've been improving and adding a lot to the game. We've made some changes and improvements to the writing of the game's routes, rewritten many parts, and we're currently finalizing Ayden's route. Despite it being an unforeseen event, we're pleased to get a better result each time. Art and New Game Content Furthermore, we're putting in a lot of effort on the visual aspects of the game. Our artists are doing an incredible job producing the backgrounds, NSFW scenes (including animated ones), and customizable elements such as clothing, accessories, and pets for the characters!
