- Selling the Project / Server shutting down - 10 December 2025
Hey,it's a long time since we made our last Steam Post. We have been communicating mainly on Discord. We are trying to find someone, who is going to buy the game and continue the development of that amazing Project. Unfortunately, we have not found someone yet. If you read this and you are seriously interested, feel free to contact us via ticket on Discord.If there is no one who is going to buy the Game by the end of the month, we have to shutdown the Servers and pause the Project for the next (estimated) 5-10 Years. We still heavily believe in the potential of this game but it was the first game we made and we had to learn a lot of things the hard way. It's been a long time since the last living sign. I had lots of things to do with my private life but here we go again, time for some Updates! Pricing To prevent future Cheaters from returning to the game and to support the cost of the servers, we will change the price for the game to 19,99$. We also plan on doing sales in the future. If you already have played the game, you are keeping it for free but your public steam review might not be that valuable. Roadmap Since the Roadmap was made for 2024, we already completed some of the steps. Due to private stuff I didn't completed the Roadmap as expected. The Priorities are mostly the same. - Discord Chat Sync is now available! - 19 September 2024
Messages sent to the ingame paddock chat are also sent to the discord channel #chat-en. Messages sent in the discord are automatically shown in the game.

- Phantom Racing Roadmap 2024 - 3 February 2024
This is our Roadmap for the Year 2024. The Things in the Pool will be added all over the year continuously without having a specific goal. Its possible that some of these things come way before the planned times, we set the deadlines so we can almost guarantee the feature on that deadline.
- Race Arena Update - 2 February 2024
In this Update we have added the Race Arena. We also adjusted the drifting speed boost so you are a bit faster. We also reset the current global leaderboard so its fair because of the recent changes to the driving. The Race Arena is a place where you can drive for placing on the top 3 to receive a special jacket with a duration of 2h. The Race Arena resets each hour and changes the track. With the Version 0.5.3 we have fixed several bugs and added a new minimap type. - Leaderboards are back! - 1 March 2023
With this Update the Leaderboards and the Best Laps are back. The Leaderboards got a reset since we changed some things. We are aware of the Bugs with the Team Management where you can't accept a Team Invitation.

Hey! We was working on the Migration and some other preperations for the next big Update. Since we are forced to migrate all accounts, its better to have it up front so in the meantime you can create your account again. In this Update are mostly invisible Changes you will probably not notice. We have also added a new Board where you can see the basic controls if you are new to the game. Whats Planned for the next big Update? We have lots of plans for the next big Update. At the top of the priority list are the long-term features such as leveling system, divisions/rankings to see who is the real fastest driver of all. Hey! We would like to share our current State with you so you have some insights if you are not on our Discord to stay informed about what is currently going on with the Game. As you have seen, the first days we had deployed some hotfixes to fix some bugs that occured for some players. That mainly aimed for players with low-end Devices so we have added a menu to change the graphics a bit to make the game playable even on very low-end devices without requiring to buy a new pc. since then there is not much happend and i am going to explain that a bit more now. We have read through all comments, reviews, feedback ingame and the feedback and bug reports on our Discord server and we see that there is currently nothing that holds players to the game, usually called "Grinding". The Register error is resolved with this version. It said "Password not strong enough" which was a wrong message. this is fixed. The performance was improved drastically and we fixed some smaller bugs

Hey! Here are the changes that came with this version: - optimized server - removed lag in paddock and race - reduced the timer when someone was invited from 30 -> 15 We have noticed some stability issues and have fixed most of them now. In summary the game feels less laggy now. For more details you can join our Discord: discord.phantom-racing.com In the upcoming updates we will implement an option to change the graphic settings so the game will run on low-end devices without a problem. Also the first Grand Prix is on the way and will arrive in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on this patchnotes.
