Short description
A procedural tool to create countless fantastical scenarios to be explored in 3D, used as wallpapers and live stream backgrounds, serve as a base for custom artworks in both hobby and professional settings, and really any other purpose imaginable.
About this game
Fantasy Background Generator (FBG) is a procedural tool for bringing you countless fantasy worlds. At the click of a button, the software visualizes a moody fantasy scene never seen before. The lay of the land, flora & fauna, the time of day, buildings and other points of interest, as well as special effects and post-processing are fully regenerated in every new world. You can then edit all the variables to customize the scene to your liking. Dive into the moody scenes and explore to your heart's content. Leave the mundane behind after a long day of work and chores and enjoy the beautiful wilderness created by the FBG. Let your mind wander and get inspired by all the different worlds. Maybe you see something that you'd like to draw, build in 3D, or make some music befitting one of the scenes? It doesn't matter, we're happy if your creative juices start flowing. And if not, that's totally fine too. Just explore one more world... and one more... and... Give all your devices a makeover and use the FBG to create atmospheric wallpapers. No more generic pictures from the internet, have your very own unique world as the background of your phone, PC or laptop. Whether you're a live-streamer looking for fancy greenscreen backgrounds, a dungeon master looking for a quick way to illustrate locations or get inspiration, a character artist tired of searching for fitting background images, a concept artist looking for input to adjust and tweak, or an indie gamedev lacking the time to illustrate every background in your project? We got you covered!
