  Hey everyone! One of the remaining critiques we've had for the game was performance and so we've spent a good chunk of time taking the optimizations we made for the Xbox port and backporting them to the Steam version. This new version should perform better overall, but some of the underlying bits have changed, so please feel free to let us know if you run into any issues! Worth noting that you can still access the original build on a beta branch called "premay2024". Fixes: Fixed an issue with camera culling in the Sunset Swamps level. Fixed an issue where certain mushrooms would teleport the player after a short time. Fixed an issue where B33 enemies would gradually increase in speed while the game is paused.   Can you believe it's been almost a month since we released?! Thank you so much for playing and enjoying the game! Here's the next batch of fixes and changes! Fixes: Fixed issue where the Unstuck button could be used to teleport far into a level with the timer still set to zero. Fixed issue where pressing a button in the level select more than once would load a level multiple times. Adjusted the final boss to make it act more consistently when dashing frequently. Fixed issue in Sundown Duel that made the timer start at inconsistent times. Fixed a seam along the water's surface in A Shocking Ally. Changes: Added ability to press Left Bumper and Left Trigger to recenter the camera. Changed zoom input to use Right Bumper and Right Trigger. • Skator Gator 3D | Hotfix #3 - 1 September 2023

  Here're those fixes we promised in the last update!! Fixes: Fixed an issue where two pieces of trash in Daytime Bog were not counting towards the game total. If you don't have enough trash to purchase all the skins in the Skin Shop, replaying Daytime Bog and collecting the missing trash should solve the issue. Achievements related to skins will now also unlock upon starting the game in case they are missed the first time around. Thank you for playing!   Hello everyone! Thank you for all the support following Skator Gator 3D's release! Here are the notes for this batch of fixes! Fixes: Fixed issue where attempting to go to the Skin Shop after completing the final level would open the Level Select and Skin Shop simultaneously. Fixed issue where an object that should have been bouncy wasn't in the final level. Fixed issue where certain railings couldn't be stood on. We're aware of a handful of other issues (trash not being tallied properly on level 3 for example) that we'll be addressing in the next hotfix coming soon!!! Thank you for playing!   Hello everyone! Thank you for all the support following Skator Gator 3D's release! Here are the notes for our first (small) batch of changes! Fixes: Fixed an issue where trash collectables would fail to randomize their sprites when starting a level. Fixed a typo in rat dialogue. Removed debug input that automatically unlocked all the levels (oops). Changes: Made some minor adjustments to the credits text.   Hey everyone! It's been a long time coming, but we're so happy to say that Skator Gator 3D is out now on Steam! We can't tell you how exciting it has been to develop a sequel to a game for the first time, especially a rad one like Skator Gator. • Demo Update #2 - 3 July 2023

  Skating in with some new fixes and feature adjustments for all of you demo players! Complete updates down below: - Added ability to hold Select on controller or "R" on keyboard to restart a level without needing to pause. - vSync and framerate settings reflect each other properly (for example, turning on vSync also sets the framerate to Uncapped). - Added sliders for adjusting input deadzones under the Gameplay tab in the settings. - Fixed issue where M07Hs would get stuck in their firing animation. - Fixed issue where Greenjamin would sometimes respawn in mid-air. - Improved performance of the main menu. • Demo Update #1 - 21 June 2023

  Thank you to everyone who's played the demo and given us feedback so far! We have a few bug fixes and small feature changes for you today: - Added tracking to the eyes of the RatCans to follow the player's position. - Updated input icons for Xbox and PlayStation controller buttons. - Vsync is now enabled by default for new players. - Added a trophy icon next to the required Staff / Challenge Time on the level select screen for added clarity. - Fixed a bug where the player would respawn at the incorrect position with 'Reset on Death' enabled. - Music and SFX volumes default to 50 instead of 100 for new players.
