  • Murdered: Soul Suspect, Quantum Conundrum Dev Closes - 3 July 2014

Murdered: Soul Suspect was about a ghost detective trying to solve his own murder, but there’s not a whole lot of mystery steaming off developer Airtight’s color-drained corpse. Recent games like Quantum Conundrum – while by no means bad – weren’t huge hits, there were layoffs , QC lead (and former Portal designer) Kim Swift took off, and Murdered never really built up much buzz. Times were tough all around, and it looks like Airtight wasn’t quite able to keep its head above water. …

  • Jason's Top Ten Games Of 2012 - 3 January 2013

You don't realize just how good a gaming year it's been until you look back at all of the games you actually played. From physics puzzlers to ninja simulators, 2012's library was full of interesting, creative, unique experiences. I played a lot of games last year. A few were bad. Most were good. Some were great. Those are the ones I'll remember: the games that stood out from the pack in memorable ways. So here are my ten favorite games of 2012. Presented in no particular order: Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward My personal game of the year , Virtue's Last Reward kept me up for many hours, many nights in a row. Though some—like Kotaku boss Stephen Totilo—have found the game's opaque puzzles and overwrought dialogue to be rather tedious, I enjoyed every moment of Aksys's chilling visual novel. The Last Story A wonderfully well-written role-playing game with pleasant British vo…

  • Quantum Conundrum Creators Bravely Venture Into Mobile Gaming with PIXLD - 24 October 2012

Quantum Conundrum 's Kim Swift (because I am tired of typing Portal creator ) and her team at Airtight Games have undergone a startling epiphany—mobile phones can play games. They've launched Airtight Mobile to take advantage of this discovery, with the first of these "mobile phone games" dropping next week. It's called PIXLD. From the official announcement press release: PIXLD is Airtight's first release under the new Airtight Mobile brand, an innovative and unprecedented venture aiming to do the impossible: allow consumers to experience the joys of video gaming on their mobile telephones. "Seriously, have you seen these things?" said PIXLD creative director Kim Swift, gesturing at Apple's sixth-generation iPhone. "They're like tiny computers. Tiny computers you carry in your pocket. So I'm all like, ‘I know this sounds nuts, but guys, let's put some games on there.' And they did…

Short description

Find and rescue your uncle by using his newest invention to work your way through a crazy complex mansion as you switch between dimensions and solve puzzles!

About this game

When you, as a young boy, are dropped off to visit your uncle, you notice something’s wrong. First, he’s not there to greet you. Second, there’s the explosion that happened right as you arrived. And third, the house seems to be even weirder than you remembered it. Now, your job is to find—and ultimately rescue—your uncle, by using his newest invention, the Interdimensional Shift Device (or IDS), to switch between dimensions and solve puzzles. That sofa too heavy to move? There’s a dimension for that! Switch to Fluffy Dimension and that sofa is now light as a feather. Need to get up to a high ledge? There’s a dimension for that! Just switch to Anti-Gravity Dimension and things begin to float upward. Need to make things heavier? There’s a dimension for th—well, you get the idea. Switch dimensions in real time, work your way through the crazy complex mansion wings and rescue your uncle!

Steam marketplace comparison data

Price History Overview

USD uses SteamPulse's own locally recorded daily store snapshots, so this overview reflects the exact regional price history that SteamPulse has captured for this currency.

Coverage And Tracking Window

  • Snapshots: 1
  • Coverage: Oct 9, 2026 to Oct 9, 2026
  • Lowest observed: $8.99
  • Highest observed: $8.99

Quantum Conundrum's USD price history spans from Oct 9, 2026 to Oct 9, 2026, with 1 recorded snapshot across 1 calendar day. Each row records the available final price, listed base price, and discount metadata for that observation. Within this coverage the lowest recorded price is $8.99, the highest is $8.99, and the first visible tracked price is $8.99. These comparisons apply only to the snapshots SteamPulse holds; missing observations can contain changes that are not represented here.

For USD, SteamPulse uses locally captured regional storefront snapshots and does not reconstruct older prices with exchange-rate conversion. The chart and table show the values recorded for this exact currency from the stated coverage start. Additional snapshots extend that record, but they do not fill unobserved days or prove what the storefront displayed between observations.

Discount Windows And Sale Timing

  • Discount windows: 0
  • Discounted days: 0 days
  • Deepest markdown: No discount tracked
  • Latest sale window: No sale window tracked

Quantum Conundrum's tracked USD rows do not contain a discount window. This means no available snapshot in the stated coverage has usable discount metadata; it does not prove that the game was never discounted. Missing snapshots or archived rows without complete metadata can hide a sale, so SteamPulse does not infer pricing strategy from this absence.

If a later snapshot includes discount metadata, it will appear here with its recorded depth, price, date, and sale name when available. Until then, this section should be read only as a description of the available rows, not as evidence about the publisher's promotion policy.

Observed Price Changes And Stable Runs

  • Observed price drops: 0
  • Observed price rises: 0
  • Longest stable run: 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking
  • Current run: 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking

Outside rows carrying discount metadata, the tracked price has not recorded a separate price rise or drop yet. That means the observed undiscounted level has stayed stable across the snapshots SteamPulse currently holds. This is a statement about the recorded coverage only; it does not prove that an older or missing price change never happened.

The longest unchanged price stretch in the current record lasts 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking at $8.99, from Oct 9, 2026 through Oct 9, 2026. Among rows without discount metadata, the longest unchanged run lasts 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking at $8.99. The latest run records $8.99 for 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking as the same recorded undiscounted price. Run lengths describe consecutive stored observations only and do not establish that a price is permanent.

Latest Snapshot And Sales Context

  • Current price: $8.99
  • Current list price: $8.99
  • Distinct observed prices: 1
  • Source mode: SteamPulse local tracking

The latest tracked snapshot records Quantum Conundrum at $8.99 in USD, with no active discount metadata. Across the available history SteamPulse has recorded 1 distinct final price in this currency. This supports comparisons with the lowest, highest, and most common values present in the retained record, subject to the stated coverage limits.

The live sales view and Steam sales record provide calendar context for these dates. A date overlap can be compared with a named Steam event, but it does not prove why a publisher changed a price. As new daily rows arrive, this overview recalculates its observed prices, discount windows, and run lengths automatically.
