- Update 1.0.4: Texture gone missing - 14 November 2024
-Added missing textures to objects found in pods 4 & 5. -Please let us know if the issue still persists! Thank you to those that brought it up to us :D *dev rambling below* We noticed that the issues were occurring in the same room were some textures were missing in 1.0.3. At some point between release to version 1.0.3 the textures didn't get packaged into the game. Coincidentally most of the missing textures were in areas not needed for the main game. So if you went exploring there was a chance certain PC's would crash when you rendered the object with the missing file. Some computers didn't like that and boom, crash. At least that what we think was going on since we couldn't get it to crash on our end. (Also the texture missing was a engine plugin file, not one of our own. So it's a bug other devs have dealt with it seems like.)
- Update 1.0.3: Streaming Pool Optimizations - 29 August 2023
Lowered the resolution of a bunch of textures. Adjust streaming pool budget options in the settings. You can now pick between 2GB, 4 GB (default), and 6GB. Game size lowered from 9.7GB to 5.9GB after these changes.
