Detectives, Due to ongoing technical issues affecting connections to our servers, we’ve decided to suspend sales of our games in Russia. We don’t think it’s fair to sell a game in a region where we can’t maintain a reliable quality of service. Players in Russia often have trouble connecting to our servers, and unfortunately this is beyond our control. There are government-level restrictions that affect certain types of connections to servers outside Russia, and recently the situation has been getting worse. We’ve implemented many workarounds to reduce these issues, including better global server distribution, proxy servers, and dynamic rerouting. However, the restrictions keep changing, and it has become a constant game of whack-a-mole.
