  An update to Ys Origin has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Ys Origin. The major changes include: - Fixed some crashes that some players were experiencing. - Slightly adjusted some system graphics. - Corrected unlock messages upon game clear. - Fixed a leaderboard display problem.

  An update to Ys Origin has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Ys Origin. The major changes include: -Fixed some crashes that some players were experiencing. -Fixed some text display issues. -Fixed some minor text mistakes. -Fixed alignment of some portraits in widescreen. -Fixed the "Thank You For Being a Friend" achievement. -Fixed the "Count Your Blessings" and "Truly Gifted" blessing achievements. Please note that the "MP usage LV1" blessing does not count retroactively, and will need to be reobtained to count. -Added an easier unlock condition for one of the Bonus Shop items. This item originally required clearing all difficulties with all characters. Now, it can also be unlocked by clearing the game with every character's EX version.

  Ys Origin is Now Available on Steam! 700 years before the events of Ys I & II, the land of Ys was on the brink of destruction. Demons came in droves and forced the twin Goddesses who ruled the land to whisk their subjects away from the surface, into the safe embrace of the clouds. The demons were persistent, however, erecting a massive tower in pursuit. The battle that raged upon the ground had begun ascending for a second round up above.
