• Alchemist price drop! - 29 January 2024

  Hello everyone, we hope you are doing great! It is now almost 1 whole year since the release of EF:Alchemist. We know that there is a lot of you who want to play the game, but are waiting for the appropriate discount before pulling the trigger. Since we cannot have long-term discounts on Steam, we have decided to lower the base price of the game, in an attempt to help out. This makes the game cheaper all year round, but will also make it even cheaper than its ever been, when we run our next discount round (which will be in at least a month, because of price-change rules). • New puzzles, Save system and Discount! - 24 April 2023

  35% off during Puzzle Fest! We are excited to announce a major patch for EF: Alchemist! We have been working on a while to fix issues and add some things you requested, as well as some things we had originally planned but couldn't make it in the release. Here's a list of changes: Extra puzzles and a new area! We had originally planned some extra stuff that was not ready during launch, but has now been refined and added to the game. This includes a new area and a couple of puzzles in key areas that lacked them. Save System! You can now save your progress at any time and load it later, with or without your friends. You can do so from the main menu. The game also auto-saves quite often, so that you never lose your progress! Other Quality of life fixes and improvements to performance. • March 9th Patch (Performance) - 9 March 2023

  Hello everyone! We just uploaded a patch that adds / fixes issues with keybindings, gamepad controls, translations, settings options and other bugs / suggestions that you have found! Thank you to everyone who leaves feedback, we read all of it and it really helps a lot with fixing bugs! Also, this patch has seen a few changes that should improve performance, this is an ongoing process so there will probably be more.   The game is officially launched! Hello everyone, After a lot of testing and a lot of work, we give you Escape First Alchemist! Please keep in mind that we've had some trouble with some achievements and will be fixing them by tomorrow. Also, please note that translations to multiple languages are on the way and should be available in the next few days.   Hello everyone! Thank you all for playing the demo and/or prologue of the game, your feedback is helping a lot and is always welcome both here and on our Discord server! We are very happy that you seem to enjoy the demo and we have gathered a lot of insight on what you want to see in the full game. In order to provide an even better experience in the full game, along with multiplayer, we have decided to change the expected release time of the game to the next 2-3 months.
