- APEX POINT UE5 PUBLIC ROADMAP RELEASED - 4 March 2026
Hello everyone,Here is the public roadmap for Apex Point UE5. Some features are still missing and will be added to the roadmap progressively over time. However, the main content planned for the first package of Apex Point is already outlined. We have deliberately chosen not to communicate any dates for now in order to avoid adding unnecessary pressure. We are still working on organizing the development. The next step for the studio is the finalization of CRASHED!, our mobile project, which should be released soon. Once that is done, we will return 100% to the development of Apex Point. The budget required to move forward with development comfortably is still missing. We are currently working on this aspect and may have some good news to share soon. Our Discord server has also been completely redesigned. I will host a conference tomorrow at 6:30 PM (Paris time) to answer your questions about…

- Some news - 29 October 2025
Hello everyone,A few updates about Apex Point and Apex Studio as a whole. We’re about to finish a mobile game project. This project allows us to diversify Apex Studio’s activities and potentially fund future operations related to Apex Point. As we’ve mentioned before, we want to avoid crowdfunding at all costs. In addition, this project has been a great playground for us, as it helped us develop many valuable skills for Apex Point — including localization (multi-language translation), network and backend systems, and optimization. From a team perspective, it also helped build confidence in our ability to develop and publish a complete game, not just an Early Access version. Some of you may have already seen a few pictures of the project on our Instagram page. We’ll make an official announcement once it’s ready. As for Apex Point, before starting the mobile project, we began to define an int…

- Why did we change the game title ? - 19 June 2025
Hello everyone,Some of you may have noticed that the game is now titled Apex Point: Prologue. This change was necessary because Steam doesn't allow two games from the same developer account to share the same name.If you’ve searched for the game recently, you might have come across a new AppID named APEX POINT. That’s because we are currently preparing the new store page for the upcoming UE5 version, and this title change reflects that transition. What this means for you:When you purchased Apex Point, you actually bought a bundle containing the Steam application Apex Point (now renamed to Apex Point: Prologue). This setup allows us to later include the new UE5 version in the same bundle. So once it’s ready, everyone who previously purchased Apex Point will automatically gain access to the new version — at no extra cost.We still have a long road ahead, but development is going much better…

- Let's talk. - 7 February 2025
Hello everyone, This is my first time addressing you publicly here on Steam, so let me briefly introduce myself: I’m malongotemp0, and I’ve been part of Apex Studio (and thus Apex Point) since the very beginning in 2018. I’ve worn several hats, starting as a UI/UX artist and later transitioning to Community Manager (handling social media, which explains my absence from Steam). Today, I manage multiple roles, taking care of both the legal side of the company and the internal development of the game. I believe I’m capable of answering most of your questions regarding the development of Apex Point. Why the silence? First, it’s important to understand that game development is a business. Unfortunately, we neglected those aspects of our activity for too long, and we’re now facing the consequences. The studio is in a financially challenging situation due to the majority of our resources being…
- Important announcement! - 5 February 2025
To clarify the development situation, as some of you may know, myself (the sole unity developer and programmer for Apex Point) and "Amris" (marketing manager, video editor & developer) have been out of the development team for the Unreal remake for more than a year as I could not adapt as quickly as expected to Unreal engine after 7+ years of using Unity especially for a project this big, as for "Amris", he had no work to do in the last year as the team didn't want to show any unfinished content. However, our team got bigger as time went and another member in the team became the active unreal developer since then as he was more used to Unreal Engine, as well as being a faster learner, he was able to progress at a much faster pace than me. I am still here with the developers as a friend to help them whenever I possibly can with ideas/guidance but I have faith in their abilities and skill…

- IMPORTANT NEWS! - 31 October 2023
Dear players, we have been working non stop to improve Apex Point to get it to the level we always wanted. However, due to the recent "Unity3D" announcements and limitations, we have been experimenting with "Unreal Engine 5" as an alternative and so far its very promising! We have decided to remake the game from scratch in "Unreal Engine 5" to provide better visuals and gameplay but don't worry because the current Apex Point will still remain on steam and will receive updates just at a slower pace due to us focusing on the Unreal Engine remake. However, we have to clarify a few points as follows: The current Apex Point players won't have to rebuy the new remake Apex Point will receive updates as usual just at a slower pace due to the limited team size and focusing on remaking the game as soon as possible We can't give an estimated date for the remake as we are still learning the new eng…
