- Update notes for Jul 10, 2025 - 10 July 2025
Laser turrets now have unlimited range, but their extreme power draw causes each laser's damage to be reduced based on the total number of lasers that are shooting at the same time. Total damage will always increase with more lasers shooting, but there are greatly diminishing returns after ~10 or so. Also, their hp has been reduced from 40 to 30. Blockoid Arcanus no longer instantly loses the game when its countdown completes. It now shoots a very powerful beam of energy that automatically hits your barracks (or character), dealing massive damage. This attack also now has visual and audio effects. Thermal rifle reload time increased from 14 seconds to 20 seconds Increased the cost of the Cloaking Field mod for non-turret blocks from 1 to 3 stars Fixed a bug that prevented enemies from leveling up beyond level 10 in high-level survival games.Fixed a bug where equipment and blocks were lo…
- Update Notes for Jun 25, 2025 - 25 June 2025
Fixed a bug where all weapons, blocks, equipment, and enemies had an unintended, additional range boost. Note that this was an additional range bug on top of the previous update's range increases (which will remain). Note that some turrets had their range further increased after the bug was fixed, to retain the spirit of the previous update (mg, sniper). Also balanced the range of a few select enemies according to the adjusted turret ranges (shooters, big shooters, blast boys). Overall there should be a better balance between turrets now and provide a more distinct role for individual turrets types. Increased mortar damage to account for lower accuracy at long rangeIncreased campaign gold earned by 10%, across all game difficulty settings Added a graphics option for “Effects Level”. Players can change this to a lower setting for improved performance. Optimized particle effects and culli…
- Major Balance and Range Changes! - 20 June 2025
Major balance rework, significantly increasing the range of many turrets while generally modifying damage and some enemies to maintain balance. Overall these changes allow for much more flexible base builds, more overlapping firing arcs, easier protection of multiple ore mines, more battlefield awareness, and more of a dynamic, giant battle feel! Machine gun, holo gun, plasma gun, .50 caliber, mortar, nerve gas, and void gun turrets range significantly increased, damage reduced to compensate, giving a net increase in overall effectiveness in most scenarios. Rotary cannon turret range increased Goblock jumpers hp slightly increased Goblock jumpers increased jump range in later attack waves Goblock boomer range increased Goblock brute attack damage to blocks increased Goblock disintegrator range increasedArmored bot hp reduced Detector bot can now shine a spotlight on attacking enemies Mi…

- Update Notes for May 3, 2025 - 3 May 2025
All items on campaign planets now automatically level up to the planet's current level, without having to spend colored minerals to do so. You can still spend colored minerals to upgrade items early, to one level higher than the planet's current level. This should allow you to save more colored minerals for mod crafting, and spend less on "catching up" your campaign items via in-game upgrades. You can now upgrade a campaign planet's items to a max level of 10 once you've conquered that planet Player difficulty settings will no longer reset unless you reset the planet You now earn 1 additional colored mineral per attack when playing on hard difficulty Casual difficulty no longer has planet biome hazards. Also, multiple bosses don't start spawning until attack 40 and the ore and gold in supply drops has been increased Enemy balance has been adjusted to make normal difficulty slightly easi…
