HYPER PRIMATE v1.02 is out, with several bug and crash fixes to improve the expierence: Fixed an issue where broken glass would stack upon restart causing performance issues Fixed a restart issue with mecha knuckles Fixed the doors on 'Chrono' staying open across resets Fixed an issue where some players can't start levels, please flag this in a discussion if the issue persists and we will do our best to assist! Pushed another fix to help solve issue where certain AMD graphics cards cause rainbow explosion when killing enemies. Fixed invert Y axis not saving on reboot Improved ultra-wide scaling (Currently fixed on main menu and finale). Added collectible counter to level select screen Fixed some Windows Media Crashes associated with tutorial videos

We were aiming to unleash HYPER PRIMATE right this minute, but our Steam build approval has taken longer than expected and unfortunately didn’t clear in time for launch. The good news: the game is ready. The primate is ready. We’re just waiting to drop the game. This is a short delay while we get the final Steam approval sorted, clearly the game is so good steam won't let you play it. Who knows it may only be a handful of minutes or hours until the game drops. As soon as we have the green light the game will be available immediately! So are people cheating? As far as we've seen NO Let's explain. We have many videos from players in our discord with times which are sub 3 seconds on some maps. Even sub 2 seconds has been seen before. That's the nature of the movement system and just how far you can push it! If you really suspect someone is cheating there's an easy way to tell! Click on the their leaderboard entry and download their ghost. If the ghost doesn't finish as quick as the time posted or the ghost doesn't finish within proximity of the goal, then you likely have a cheater. If someone is cheating, you can jump into our discord and report their leaderboard entry (If we haven't caught it already) and we'll ban that player for good. Thanks everyone and enjoy the demo!!

Apes! we've officially renamed from Monke Simulator to HYPER PRIMATE Here's why: We started this game as a small indie passion project meant to be a lighthearted online multiplayer based experience. 'Monke Simulator' was meant to have a short 6 month development cycle and essentially be a meme game where you could jump into an online PVP match with friends, customize your Monkey, rinse and repeat. Over time and many iterations, the core pillars of the game evolved and we transitioned into the parkour based single-player time-attack shooter that exists today. We've also significantly sized up the game's scope and quality to something much higher than we originally thought possible, hence after all these changes, a title more befitting of our new gameplay was required! It's difficult with the title 'Monke Simulator' to shake the idea that what we have here is just a low effort, meme shove…
