• Bye bye ! - 25 October 2024

  Hello dear players, I'm removing Survive the troll off the steam market. I'm planning to create other games, which will be thousand light years away from what I did with survive the troll, and I fear that it's going to do harm to my new games just by its look (and buginess, right). I've lost the whole code and i cannot fix what is now a dead game. Thank you for playing Survive the troll, even though it seems we haven't managed to survive the troll :D ! I'll be back soon with other games, the adventure isn't off! Love DBAT

  Everything should be back to what it should ! Fixed a bug that prevented to play as expected when picking or switching to troll. Fixed a bug where the troll bot could just stop moving until it had enough money to buy upgrades. Fixed latency issues when buying upgrades (for the troll and for the elves). Spread the word about this game to your friend, because at the moment, there aren't enough players to find games online, being solo. Adding the Troll AI allows the game to be played solo, providing you with a real challenge ! Changes New content Troll's Artificial Intelligence : When no players pick the Troll, it will be played by a bot until it kills one of the elf players. When this happens, the first elf killed becomes the Troll. This functionality allows the game to be played solo, or with fewer people, providing you with a real challenge !   Changed graphics settings to better fit different tiers. Ultra is now even smoother and low is lower ! Changed few buttons for better clarity. (From back to cancel and such...) Ghosts animations are now synced.

  Tweaking a few stuff for balance: Troll wards bonus according to number of wards : 1. 4 gold 2. 10 gold 3. 50 gold 4. ( Number of players +1 ) ^4 Elves now get gold if they take down a ward (only the one taking it down). Spending gold in the market now displays remaining gold correctly.

Changes New content New random map, there are 256 variations of the map, so that will make each game really different. New skin system. You can now upgrade your skins after buying them. That will add elements to your skin! Other changes Statistics gain buff decreased to 2.1 (used to be 2.2) for the Troll when he buys upgrades with diamond. Increasing the cooldown of the Troll ward to 4 mins. Changed the cooldown display to be more readable. Elves can no longer build two walls close to another.   Dev Notes ːsteamhappyːHey everyone! ːsteamhappyː This is the update making changes to the game and I'm so excited to share them with you! It has been more than 10 days now since the game came out, and they have been quite informationnal for the balance of the game. Thank you all for your feedbacks, and have fun with the new patch! Changes New content You can now give gold and diamond to your allies as an elf. Simply click on your allies and use the above buttons to give resources. Each time you click on the button, you will give 5% of your selected resource, so be careful when spam clicking! Elf ghosts have a new spell called "Strike" they can use to hit the troll hut. Each time you hit the hut, it takes 5 dmg (it has 500hp), and you gain gold based on the time spent in game. If the troll hut's HP get to 0, elves win! Elves now have a 3 hits armor, which prevents them from being one sho…

  This is a minor fix for the game. Fixed a bug where the troll could stay in place, or have weird movement behaviour when you right click in an elf's base. Fixed a bug with wide screen adjustment. If you notice anything off, don't hesitate to contact me. So far, we don't have many players, but I'm working on it !
