• Harold's Walk releases on PC in 2 weeks - 1 July 2024

  Harold's Walk is the 3DS platformer I originally released before Automaton Lung. The tone is very different and it features a lot of experimental + abstract stages. This PC port/remaster adds a lot of new content. • June 8th 2024 Patch + language select implemented - 9 June 2024

  Minor patch and a language select menu patch notes: -language menu added -can shoot while hoverboarding again -hoverboard shooting mechanic now updated to allow shooting within a cone of vision instead of a straight line only -teleports and jumpers can be seen from further distances -fixed some issues with corrupted save data breaking menu functionality -launching the executable directly outside of steam no longer causes issues where achievements would have been granted.

• Automaton Lung comes to MacOS - 10 August 2023

  -Automaton Lung build for MacOS -More detailed display settings -Windowed mode -Ability to select game display monitor from the in-game options menu (previously this change was in a file you had to edit the text of manually) -Fixed ending not displaying properly on some machines with original resolution mode enabled -Fixed final camera cut in final cutscene breaking sometimes -Freecam mode debug code -Healthbar scaling works differently now -Spaceship acceleration button is now bound to the jump button and can therefore be set to any controls that the jump button is set to -Steam Deck resolution is set to native 1280x800 automatically (and configures desktop-only display settings as appropriate for the Steam Deck platform) -Chips are now visible from very far distances. This is helpful for the more open areas.

• Automaton Lung original graphics restoration update - 2 April 2023

  -Original resolution as an option in settings -Hoverboard now allows full range of camera movement -Removed firing on hoverboard -Fixed various small visual and gameplay bugs -Better health bar display -Collectible weapon pickups behave more as expected -Fixed an audio issue with firing weapons into walls -Made debug menu accessible from title screen (it previously could only be activated in gameplay) Now that the original non-PC or Steamdeck version of the game is no longer available for purchase I thought it'd be nice to include an update that allows the option to restore the original resolution and graphics. Go to the cog icon > monitor icon and then toggle the original res button before saving and you can play the game in the 400x240 pixel resolution the original was using.

• Automaton Lung Soundtrack Release - 23 December 2022

  Automaton Lung Ost is now available for purchase on the Automaton Lung Steam Store Page. There are standard quality (.mp3) and high quality (.wav) audio files available for download after purchase.
