  Once Developer Fund DLC is purchased and the game is launched, you will receive an awesome achievement\ Ultimate's are currently set to have no cooldown. This is a debug feature that you\ are getting an awesome opportunity to experience! Vesper Ultimate is now functional in multiplayer! Have fun vaporizing your friends!\ Graphics now look WAY better.
