Every calendar month a new challenge runs, starting and ending at midnight UTC. The challenge this month is to make 250 shots on the course with Great Accuracy - as indicated by the black accuracy bar at the bottom centre of the UI. 250 may seem daunting, but don't forget that the challenge runs for 30 days, and can be played in any game mode either in solo play, online, or against CPU players. Rounds can be played at any time throughout the month, and completing the challenge awards 1000XP! Track your progress from the menu in the Clubhouse on the 19th hole, and look out for the notification in the top right corner of the screen. And, don't forget, new monthly leaderboards and Global League are now live too! 😁 Happy golfing! ⛳

Hello golf fans!I am happy to say that the latest update for Super Video Golf has now been released. This update was intended to bring support for the upcoming Craewall DLC (which it does!) which is why it doesn’t get a new version number - however there are a few significant additions and fixes included too, so let’s take a look! If you’ve seen the previous news posts you’ll know that one of the big changes is that you can now play the DLC courses as part of the Career League. If you have the Adventurer DLC in your library you only need to add the free Putt-stop in Paradise DLC to unlock a new Career league, named the Sun & Moon DLC League.Once the Craewall DLC is available you’ll also be able to add that to your library and it’ll unlock the Craewall Competition League. Greetings Golfers!Welcome once again to another progress update, where I share what’s going on behind the scenes in preparation for the next release of Super Video Golf.The big news, of course, is the upcoming Craewall DLC which I’m still working hard on. You can find more information about the DLC in this post, such as what it contains, as well as wishlist it here:Part of the creation process, however, is the integration of the DLC into the main game which is one of the most significant parts of the upcoming update. Not only does the main game have to recognise the DLC but I’m making sure to add support for the new and existing DLCs in the Career mode of the game.When the Adventurer DLC released at the end of last year it contained only a single course, bundled with a selection of cosmetics. Every calendar month a new challenge runs, starting and ending at midnight UTC. This month takes a break from the course, and sees us on the driving range! For each available target you need to score 99% accuracy or better. Targets can be met in any order, and at any time - the challenge does not need to be completed in a single session. Rounds can be played at any time throughout the month, and completing the challenge awards 1000XP! Track your progress from the menu in the Clubhouse on the 19th hole, and look out for the notification in the top right corner of the screen. Every calendar month a new challenge runs, starting and ending at midnight UTC. This month's challenge is to get the equivalent of 10 'Boomerang' achievements. What's a boomerang? Put simply you need to make a come back and score par or better after having had at least one foul - hence the term boomerang! The first time you do this you're awarded the 'Boomerang' achievement from Steam. Rounds can be played at any time throughout the month, and Boomerangs are awarded in Stroke play mode. Howdy folks!It's been a long time coming, but update 1.22 is finally here! This release contains a fair amount of changes since 1.21 - many of which have already been covered in previous posts. For instance there's the engine overhaul for performance optimisation - which you can read all about here.There are also many UI changes which aim to improve navigation with a controller, as well as feel more intuitive. These are noticeable particularly in the Options menu and Player Profile menu, although there are many updated tweaks and changes across the board.
