  What is asleep at the summit?The Forgotten Spire is a free expansion that continues the game after the original ending. Explore an ancient tower no one has entered in millennia and uncover forsaken lore.With this update, Eve of Calamity has new quests to undertake, dungeons to explore, classes to master, and equipment to find and use. To access the new story, defeat the Beast and live to tell the tale.   Eve of Calamity will be taking part in Steam's Turn-Based RPG Fest on Sep 30-Oct 7! The game will be 15% off during that week, so if you want to buy the game but save a dollarino or a buckaroo, it might be a good idea to hold off until next Monday. Hopefully many people end up finding the game during next week and enjoying it! Also, I ended up making a little promo picture, take it and use freely.

  Added a hotfix that should prevent the battle with the chosen from bugging out.

• Alchemy hotfix - 22 September 2024

  Fixed a bug with alchemy where using aether roots as concoction base wouldn't spend them.

• Adak achievement hotfix - 20 September 2024

  Added a trigger to grant the Adak plantation achievement if the player finishes the dungeon before receiving the quest.

• Portrait and enemy sprite update - 20 September 2024

  Improved 11 portraits and 31 enemy sprites.

• Ferry house hotfix - 20 September 2024

  Moved the transitions to the ferry houses in Adak and Thaiza away from the coast to avoid the possibility of the player getting the ship stuck.
