- Kickstarter funded in under 24 hours! Stretch goals! London Comic Con! - 28 May 2025
It’s been just over a week since we launched our Kickstarter, and a LOT has happened. Let’s get to the biggest news first though! Crescent County hit its funding goal in under 24 hours. This is an absolutely unbelievable achievement and we are so, so thankful. For a game idea that started out so small, and so hopeful, and seemed so utterly impossible to make real, we’re now sitting at 62k with 20 days left to go. From all of us at Electric Saint, thank you so much for all your cheering and enthusiasm and support. We crossed the line at 16:37, with more than an hour to left on the clock! - Steam deck build! Future plans! - 13 December 2024
Hey! The demo's been out for a few days and life on our discord has never been the same! Check out the #demo_discussion channel for some discussion on what comes next, and also some fun debug features you can play around with while you wait for the next update. We're currently working on performance, and we're aware of some issues, in particular on AMD hardware. Overall, improving how the game runs is our next priority after getting all your feedback about the driving and the vibes. In the meanwhile, we've released our first steam deck native build! It's still in an early stage and has a couple of issues, but it's quite fun brooming around on the steam deck already! Give it a go if you're a steam deck lover like we are.

Hello - If you’re reading this then it means we’ve managed to accomplish the statistically unlikely: We released our Demo! We overcame fate, we overcame the odds and most of all: We overcame a bunch of bugs and errors in Unreal Engine to bring YOU, a (hopefully) playable demo of Crescent County. Now wait a second, before you click that “install” and “provide scathing commentary on this unfinished piece of work” button, lets just manage some expectations: Demo is about half an hour long! Steam Deck is not supported right now as we're having some performance issues, but we're working on it! Game very very very not finished (we just hate keeping secrets) Bugs definitely exist in the game!
