About this game
"Backroom" is a captivating blend of roguelike and deckbuilding genres set in an enigmatic and eerie labyrinth known as the backrooms. In this game, players navigate through a series of levels, each containing a hidden slot machine crucial for progression. To access these slot machines, players must cautiously maneuver through the labyrinth, evading danger until they find them. The core gameplay revolves around spinning the slot machine to earn currency necessary for advancing to the next stage. However, success isn't merely a matter of luck; players must strategically choose from a variety of symbols that appear on the slot machine, each offering different benefits and opportunities. These symbols serve as the foundation for building and enhancing their deck, which in turn influences their ability to survive and thrive in the backrooms. The ultimate goal is to escape the haunting depths of the backrooms, utilizing cunning tactics, resource management, and a bit of luck to navigate this mysterious and treacherous realm.
