  Exciting News, Comrades! I'm thrilled to announce that our small but mighty team has just wrapped up closed beta testing for the multiplayer mode in Arms Race 2! It’s been a wild ride full of challenges, but we’ve overcome them—and multiplayer is now running smoothly and ready for action. In the early days of testing, launching a server and connecting players could take up to 3 minutes. But now? It’s lightning fast—just 3 to 5 seconds! • Summer v037 update - 25 July 2023

  Hi comrades, To all demo and beta owners: We are pleased to announce the release of the v037 update. One particular feature in this update requires special attention from those who experienced the issue of clutter on their screens. Some players reported issues with in-game windows overlapping in the previous version, and we diligently investigated to find the root cause. After thorough analysis, we discovered that the problem arose due to varying monitor resolutions, particularly all except 16:9 and 16:10. We are happy to inform you that this issue has been resolved (hopefully). Regardless of your monitor's resolution, windows should no longer stack on top of each other (unless you have a triangular or portrait-sized monitor). • New 036 beta update - 6 June 2023

  Hello comrades! I am delighted to inform you about the 036 update we have just rolled out on Steam. First and foremost, we have successfully resolved the issue with loading time. Now, the game loads within seconds! There's no need to wait anymore to play AR2. We tackled this problem by providing players with a choice in how they receive in-game news. By default, news is displayed with pictures on the TV screen. However, for those with more powerful computers who prefer videos over pictures, you can change this setting in the options menu by selecting the "video news" option. Please note that in this case, you will experience a slightly longer loading time, as it was before. So now, the choice is yours: super-fast game loading with news in pictures or a longer wait time upon loading for 3D video news. Secondly, we have added a windowed screen option. • Beta 0.34 - 27 April 2023

  Important message to all beta owners! We have received message from an YouTuber who reported to as about YouTube questioning about copyright claims on some musical content in their videos after uploading video with our game. After an investigation I found out that some musicians have changed their musical upload platforms after we obtained their music content. This caused confusion. Platforms have different polices related to copyrights. But copyrights were not violated. The current platform use free copy license which allows YouTubers to upload videos with our game musical content. The general meaning of YouTube message is related to monetization and not restrict us from using the audio content. Even if everything is legal and we can use music content in our game and on YouTube I decided to remove it from the game. I would like to avoid confusion with music content in our game in any f…
