- Spell Disk 1.1.0.p patch notes - 13 February 2025
Fixed an issue where Water Bomb and Lightning fusion spells would not effectively provide mana to Creation Disks and Power Disks under certain circumstances. Adjusted the item collider so that it won't push the items above up while it fades away when it is obtained. This was done to ensure that when crafting multiple items, earlier items obtained won't push the items above toward the crafting magic circles. Fixed an issue where the tutorial progress would sometimes be blocked on item re-roll instructions.
- Spell Disk 1.1.0.o patch notes - 17 January 2025
Adjusted the Moon Chain artifact (enables you to infinitely perform the combo finisher attack). The imitated repeated last combo attack will now behave as the equipped weapon's movement and action. This change was made to make Moon Chain synergize with items that activate 'while performing combo attacks.' Fixed an issue that could occur if you obtained Survivor Mode's treasure chest after the game was finished, causing you to be unable to select 'Restart' or 'Main Menu' as the control would default to an invisible chest selection screen. This interaction has been fixed, and menu selection should now work even in such cases. Fixed certain cases where the Blazing Stabs and Slashes spell could cause issues in specific video settings if enemies were removed (e.g., by clearing the level) before the spell's consecutive damage was resolved.
- Spell Disk 1.1.0.n patch notes - 2 January 2025
Fixed an issue where some disk activation-related items did not work properly with the Chronomancer Outfit. Fixed an issue where Bird Wizard's missile speed was dependent on the frame rate, making the speed inconsistent. It will now have a constant speed across all settings. Fixed a rare issue where the controls became un-clickable in certain cases. Fixed an issue where Jester's Hood did not synergize with other items that require "performing combo attacks." While it was originally intended to work only with weapon attacks, we believe it would be better to include more synergies in the game. Therefore, instead of changing the item's description, the internal mechanism of Jester's Hood has been adjusted.
- Spell Disk 1.1.0.m patch notes - 26 November 2024
Fixed an issue where certain disk activation-related items did not work properly with the Chronomancer Outfit.
- Spell Disk 1.1.0.l patch notes - 6 November 2024
Fixed an issue where obtaining reward items from the boss level (unlocked by upgrading in the Root Chamber) would sometimes prevent the crafting circles from appearing. Adjusted base Deer Helmet artifact attack speed.
- Spell Disk 1.1.0.k patch notes - 5 November 2024
In the Arsenal, you can now equip duplicate artifacts while wearing the Emperor Outfit. Changing to another outfit will remove all duplicate items. However, duplicate shield items cannot be obtained even with Emperor's Outfit (which is the limitation of the outfit). Fixed an issue where the Bone Bag artifact had an irregular number display. Guard Skirt artifact and Turtle Shell artifact now correctly have the "Shield" tag in their item descriptions.
- Spell Disk 1.1.0.j patch notes - 25 October 2024
Adjusted the texts inside the inventory for each language to fit the space better. Adjusted the text size for some button binding options. Adjusted the text of certain gem-related items for additional clarity. Optimized memory management for audio loading and unloading. The Pirate Hat artifact will now receive bonus critical damage based on the spell's critical chance upgrade modifier. Adjusted the fading and sliding speed of the item selection panel for better visibility. The speed at which item panels appear in Survivor Mode has been adjusted. The appearance speed will now correctly scale with the game speed instead of being static. Improved the control of the Survivor Mode item selection screen. Previously, holding down either selection button could too quickly and unintentionally make a selection, which might have caused inconvenience. Now, if the selection button is being held down…

- Spell Disk 1.1.0.f patch notes - 9 October 2024
Added functionality to expand the slot using the 'select' button or 'upgrade' button. Previously, it was bound to the dash button (which is usually the same as the menu confirm button), but binding dash with other different buttons could have resulted in misleading indication. Additionally, the text now changes to 'Expand Slot' when the inventory selection hovers over the 'Expand Slot' for extra clarity. Fixed an issue with non-pixel fonts in certain languages causing corruption. The problem was related to data packaging errors that went unnoticed by the game engine.
- Spell Disk 1.1.0.e fixes and patch notes - 7 October 2024

- Spell Disk 1.1 MAJOR UPDATE - 29 September 2024
Hello, everyone! 1.1 Version of Spell Disk is our biggest update yet, and we're excited to share new features and adjustments for the experienced players of Spell Disk. CUSTOM DUNGEON BUILDER The Custom Dungeon Builder has been added to the Root Chamber. It becomes accessible after completing the end-game mission, which is unlocked by defeating the Dungeon Architect three times. Before starting a regular run, players can modify various aspects of the game, such as enemy population or dungeon depth. These new Custom Dungeon Builder modifiers can stack independently from danger level modifiers. Since these changes significantly alter the game's internal systems, progress cannot be saved during the run. Additionally, the completion of a Custom Mode run will not be recorded as a memory in the Architect Chamber for Infinity Dungeon or Arena. To make room for the new builder, the Tutorial Rec…

Vase, Jar, or Pot will now break after receiving a certain amount of affliction damage, rather than enduring infinite damage. Clay Magician’s projectiles will no longer attract targeting spells. Certain weapon-attack-dependent spells won’t be available as starting spells in Survivor mode. The first stage behind the gate will now have music instead of silence. The cooldown for Shock Dasher artifact has been slightly increased. The Additional Spell modifier has been removed from Seeking Fire's upgrade pool.

Fixed an issue where you could stack charge attacks of the axe with the Snake Ring equipped. Fixed an issue where Collector's gem in survivor mode would sometimes throw an error upon leveling up. Additionally, the movement of the gem has been changed to be more consistent with the physics engine. Fixed an issue where Shock Dasher was creating a lot more lightning chains than intended when using dashing spells. Fixed the behavior to be affected by cooldown as stated in the item description.
