  I hope you’ve all been enjoying your adventures in Journey to the Rift! For those of you who want more, I’m happy to announce the release of the first expansion pack for Journey to the Rift: The Dwarven Halls! Now don’t worry, for those of you who enjoy the free game, that will still be available to enjoy for free, forever. However, if you want to experience more puzzles, more intrigue, and more adventure, then The Dwarven Halls will deliver. The Dwarven Halls will introduce a whole new floor to the dungeon, which you can explore instead of the normal second floor in the dungeon. The Dwarven Halls, as the name suggests, were once home to a contingent of dwarves who managed to break away from the dungeon, and made themselves another home underground. However, one of their many experiments yielded unexpected results, so you will have to contend with the curious contraptions of the dwarves…

Journey to the Rift will be releasing with over one hundred unique encounters, including puzzles, monsters, and traces of lore explaining how this strange dungeon came to be! Everyone can play Journey to the Rift completely for free. That's right, five floors filled with fun, foes, and friends for free! So get ready, warm up your typing skills, and prepare for the text-based fun to begin on August 30th!
