About this game
Earth has been reduced to floating debris by a ruthless alien race. Ann, the last surviving human, has one final play: You. Jump into the circuit board of the M098 Barbara, a huge, 3-meter-tall industrial robot repurposed as a walking weapon of mass extinction. Your prime directive? Violently dismantle the alien occupation by any means necessary. BLOW-UP is a frantic, adrenaline-fueled boomer shooter reimagining Y2K-era gameplay and built with a modern edge. Deploy a lethal arsenal of unique weapons, and master brutal movement mechanics as you smash your way through the alien hordes in a striking, hyper-stylised “colourful gore” aesthetic. The clock is ticking. Beat all 20 stages as fast as possible to unlock new tools of destruction, transform into the ultimate killing machine, and dominate the Steam leader boards. Wield 6 devastating, unique weapons and combine violent melee combat with punishing high-speed movement for maximum tactical destruction. Your objective is to speed run 20 stages of pure, repayable carnage. Standing in your way are 4 alien commanders who will put your reflexes, speed, and firepower to the ultimate test.
