I'm happy to show you some of my progress on Makato. This time it's all about craftsmen. Of course, no one expects you to craft all those items on your own while also managing a whole shop. That's why you can hire Craftsmen to produce this heavy hammer for you. Before you can send someone to work you first have to hire them. Here you can see all the people that applied for a job. You can look at all the necessary information to decide which one to hire; level, salary, traits and so on. Right now I want to hire two smiths and I decided to hire Tobias Hasel and Matthias Schmied. After hiring these two smiths you can change their salary but for the moment, I'll leave it as is. Next time I'll show you the next step at the forge.
