• Patch Released for 11.2.9 - 20 December 2023

  This patch fixes an issue with with the prompt that asks a user if they want to attempt tagging up on a fly ball (this happens when playing with the traditional game engine). On certain tag-up situations the prompt appears more than once and the play is never completed. Apologies for three patches in a row! It would have been better to release them all in one patch, but I was not sure about what I could get done before I hit the road for the holidays. • Patch Released for Version 11.2.9 - 19 December 2023

  This patch fixes issues when deleting one or more played games from the schedule. With these fixes it is now possible to delete one or more games and have the associated stats, W/L records, etc., removed as well. This allows users to "undo" a completed game by deleting it on the Schedule Editor and then adding it back to be replayed. Shutdown DDBB and Steam, and then restart Steam to get the update.   This patch contains the following bug fixes: Fixed an issue with the SQZA command that resulted in the omission of a hit in the linescore. Fixed an issue with the computer manager attempting a sacrifice bunt in incorrect game situations. Fixed an issue with the calculation of SLG% in some reports.   A minor patch has been released that addresses the following items: Corrected a PBP issue on a fielder's choice (G23, G23, G24, G26) with a base runner safe on the throw. Fixed a bug with the pickoff/error command assigning the error to the wrong fielder. Improved the "unearned run logic" that handles re-categorizing unearned runs based on what happens in the inning after an error. Shutdown Steam and DDBB, and then restart Steam to get the update. This will make it much easier for new users to find the DigitalDiamondDataFilesV11 folder on their computer.   This patch contains the following bug fixes: Fixed a bug with the New Transaction dialog box not always recognizing the type of transaction being created. Fixed a bug with a walk-off triple resulting in the batter scoring without any explanation why they were able to advance on the play. Fixed a bug when filtering for catchers on the View/Browse Players Page. Only catchers with a range of 3 (e.g. "C") were shown. Catchers with other range ratings "e.g., C(2)" were are not displaying.   Version 11.2.5 contains the following updates: Created a new board game command that allows you to enter an infield throwing error on a ground ball. For example, ET46 results in the second baseman fielding a ground ball and commiting an error on the throw to short. You can control base runner advancement on the error using the usual R0N, R1N, R2N, R3N. This new command is in the Board Game Companion Guide. Created a new board game command that allows you to enter an infield throwing error on an attempted groundout double play. The command requires a runner on first.   The following fixes are included in this release: Fixed a bug with the PA and IP requirements for players to appear on the leader board. The bug happened only when some teams in the library were not on the schedule. Added a player's year to the player popup and the team roster report. This is helpful when a player is in a library more than once (playing in different seasons). Added a column to the team roster report for player active status. This allows the user to sort and filter by roster active status. Fixed a bug that prevented end of game play by play and sound when the game ended on a wild pitch or passed ball. When the batter is safe on a dropped third strike, the DROPK command now assigns a wild pitch to the pitcher. If you add PB to the command, a passed ball will be assigned to the catcher instead.   This release consists of the following bug fixes: Fixed an issue that prevented simulated BF vsLHB and vsRHB from getting recorded properly for pitchers. Fixed the digital Statis Pro Advanced cards so that the "pitch" result is displayed in a bold green font, just like it appears on the physical cards. Added a missing play by play call for infield singles that take place on a line drive to an infielder (e.g., "1B LD HARD F1").   This released contains a minor patch to fix the update of pitcher's BF split stats. The fix will take place when you first run DDBB. If you have a lot of libraries installed it may take a few minutes to finish. You can follow the progress of the fix by watching the status bar at the bottom of the DDBB window. The version will remain at V11.2.1 when the update is complete.
