  The ND5-II is a 6-axle diesel-electric locomotive powered by a 16-cylinder diesel engine. Based on the US GE C36-7 locomotive platform, more than 400 examples have entered service for China Railways. Recreated for Train Simulator Classic by developers the Monologue Group, the ND5-II comes with many realistic operational features, including LJK train monitoring system, RISC/CTCS signal recognition and custom numbering.The ND5-II runs on the Longhai Railway: Lingbao – Mianchi route, which includes a scenic 105 km electrified section between Lingbao and Mianchi of the Henan province, where the line notably makes a horseshoe curve through the district of Hubin.
