• E1 will go free - 3 April 2025

  E1 is going F2P, as will the "Butterflies" package, again. Keeping 2 and 3 paid DLC. The reason is that I'm an idiot who should've done it from the start, and also that I want money. More seriously, a lot of the feedback from people who jumped straight into E3 was that the movement mechanics were hard to figure out and poorly explained; E1 was where the tutorial was, was paywalled, and was honestly not good enough to warrant the paywall. So I'm putting in a request to Valve to switch to free, effective whatever time I get from them.

• Switched to paid and added content - 21 June 2023

  I've contacted Valve to switch the game from free to paid, as well as include the Episode 3 package out of the box. People who got the free app before this should be getting Episode 3 for free. Consider this my attempt at course-correcting after the confusing mess that was release. Yes, it's extremely unfair to those who paid for the games, but it's the least bad outcome I can make out of my gross mistake. As far as I can tell from here, anyway. Episodes 1 and 2 are still there for completeness' sake, but will remain DLC as they aren't quite essential. Nor very good.
