• v1.22 is out! Major improvements for controllers! - 17 February 2025

  Hey everyone! We've published version 1.22 of myPOPGOES! New and Improved had a fantastic reception and to this day we've received no reports of major bugs. Since the release of the major update, we've been focusing on improving controller support and preparing the game for ports. This process mostly revolved around implementing on-screen prompts for controllers, and optimising some controls to be more intuitive. We've been told by testers that using a controller is now much easier, and simpler to understand. If this update goes well, we'll also send the game to Steam to see if it can be verified for Steam Deck. That would be cool. Thank you everyone for playing the game and for giving updated feedback on the New and Improved update. I'm excited to get things wrapped up so we can hopefully get the game on consoles and mobile this year. Kane

  Hi everyone, As promised, myPOPGOES has been reprogrammed from the ground up. We have fixed bugs, improved performance, improved QOL in tons of ways, and also introduced some brand new features. I really hope you enjoy this new version of the game. We will be listening to feedback, but as soon as we know the game is in a state we're super comfortable with, we'll be moving on to stuff like ports!   An update to myPOPGOES is out... rejoice! myPOPGOES has been updated on Steam with a few important changes. This is not the reprogrammed version of the game. I'll tell you what is included! Additions: - Very subtle hints have been added to the game to help with naturally discovering the secret ending. Bug fixes: - If the game recognises that you've completed a level (with a star or in-game achievement) but you didn't get an achievement on Steam... it will now be granted on Steam when you boot the game up! We've tested this with some of YOUR save files, and it has worked so far. Let me know if this works for you guys! - Wrongfish will no longer sometimes spawn perfectly on top of a Rightfish (which would make it impossible to clear the current level) in Fishing. - The bar used to represent the pizza expiration in the Expiring Pizzas challenge is now more visually reliable (it would previ…

• Important news regarding myPOPGOES' near future - 2 August 2024

  A huge thank you to the myPOPGOES players who have taken the time to give their compliments, feedback, and bug reports so far. Most players have (thankfully) been able to experience the game as intended (though with some complaints about difficulty/balance). However, some unfortunate players have experienced bugs that have prevented them from unlocking certain items or achievements, or in super rare cases caused them to unlock something huge that they weren't supposed to! The game is genuinely quite unstable behind the scenes. This is mostly due to content being "patched onto" the project over time, especially considering it was originally released, as finished, in 2023. It has become spaghettified over time, with 3 things breaking every time 1 thing is fixed. A mess. Though plenty of people are fairly happy with the state of the game, I am not. I am organising a full reprogram of myPOP…

  Hey everyone! myPOPGOES is now available to purchase! It's $3.99 for the duration of the FNAF anniversary event, then it'll be $4.99 just like POPGOES Arcade. I'm very proud of the content we've made for this game. It's a casual, cute, mysterious, weird little experience. It's a gift from me to the fans who love the characters and lore of POPGOES. I do want to remind you guys that this game will not be flawless on launch. There are some technical errors we are aware of, and are still working on amending. To our knowledge all gameplay is accessible and should play without major hitches, but there are some bugs relating to menus, save states, UI, maybe achievements, things like that. For most people, and for most of the game, it will be fine. But if you run into any problems just know that we are here, and we won't abandon the project.   The official Five Nights at Freddy's / ScottGames social media account has announced the full lineup of the upcoming 10-year anniversary event happening in August. And the full release of myPOPGOES is Day 1 of the 8-day celebration! https://i.imgur.com/gFlwHsO.png That's right - on top of a demo of THE JOY OF CREATION, the full release of Into the Pit, and plenty other awesome happenings, you'll be able to play the full version of myPOPGOES on August 1st, on the first day of the event! myPOPGOES will be a paid-for game, and it'll be on Steam (PC) before hitting other platforms.
