There still seems to be an issue with crafting machines and storage inventories swapping items which we are working on, as well as some other quality adjustments. We will be looking to update the beta testing branch every few days and should have a main branch update by the middle of next week. Thank you for your detailed bug reports and feedback! This always helps!

- Build 1.0.27 Update - 6 May 2026
Hello again and hooray! The Romance Update is now live! Get ready to get romancing in this new update, as you can now woo (via presents) EVERY resident in Rosenvale. That’s right – even the married ones, though you’ll be breaking up their already happy situations if you do. But before we get there, let’s start from the beginning: Give new special romance items to residents to increase their Romance Level by 10, 20, up to 2000 points each. Mind you that the most effective item uses a SS Grade Diamond and costs more than 3 million gold! Once you have adequately wooed your partner-to-be, propose via a chance roulette to see if they will be yours forever. Of course, you can always test your luck and propose whenever the heck you feel like it! It’s up to you! (PS., remember to place a double bed in your house if you want to get married. They need to have a place to sleep!)If you propose to s…
- Dev Log 04.01.26 - 1 April 2026
Hello! Just a quick check-in to let you know where we are right now. We’re still hard at work on the romance update (will still take 2-4 weeks). However, we’ve made a couple of significant changes in the interim we want you to know about. GameplayThe first big change is that harvests now ‘pop out’ of the slot machine after you’ve won! We hope this will make the game a little more stimulating and visually interesting.Sometimes there’s lots of crops at once, so to make things easier in collecting them, press and hold the left mouse button then drag over the items to automatically pick them up!PricingWe’ve decided to adjust our pricing again to better suit our current progress and available gameplay. The Early Access price will now be $7.99 and the release price will be $9.99 - $12.99 (undecided).Okay! That’s it! Told you it would be quick. 😉 See you again soon!

- Dev Log 03.04.26 - 4 March 2026
Hello again, all! This week we’ll be looking at a few changes and adjustments we’ve decided to make during our Festival testing process. The Festival update is not quite ready to post yet but should be ready in a week or two. We’ve got the Romance update to follow, so we’ll likely be incommunicado for 1, 2, or 3 posts. Sorry, but we really want to focus on getting Romance out to you as quickly as possible! We’ve rebalanced crop and livestock reel formations to better help produce wins. This is an attempt to adjust things so that you can potentially play an entire game with only farming (or at least, very limited foraging). Right now, a lot of supplemental income comes from mushroom and Flower Temple foraging. From now on, you should experience wins of 50+ on a single roll, and if you’ve maxed your experience stats towards multipliers, upwards of 300+ on a single roll! Speaking of experi…
- Dev Log 02.04.26 - 4 February 2026
Welcome back to our preview of festivals! We’ll be looking at the final four festivals today (there are eight in total – the last devlog went over the first four). We’re still fine tuning things so we’re not quite ready to add them into the game yet. Additionally, because these festivals will take some additional time to test, our next devlog will be in four weeks instead of two. Okay! Onto the festivals! First up is the second Summer festival: Bonfire Night. Food and goodies are standard, of course, and as the newest resident of Rosenvale you get the honors of lighting the bonfire! Be careful with that torch, though! Next up we have Harvest’s Boon – a competitive festival where you can submit all kinds of things for prize money. Submit the best of your crops, livestock produce, fish, and gems to receive a prize of up to 1,000,000 Gold! Also, if you have the funds, there’s a tokenizer v…
- Dev Log 01.21.26 - 21 January 2026
Hello again! Hope you’re doing well. No update this week because we’re working hard on getting the festivals implemented. Not all of them are in yet, but we can give you a little preview of a few. First up are the Spring festivals – Spring Greetings and the Rose Carnival. Spring Greetings is the way Rosenvalians welcome Spring back into the world. Gather for food, drink, and some fun souvenirs as the Winter effigy is tossed into the river and done away with! Bye bye Winter! Be there from 8:00 to 6:00 PM on Spring 1 or you’ll miss the fun! The Rose Carnival lasts a full week – from Spring 20 to Spring 24 – and will change the layout of the City Center. Find a special selection of Rose-themed food and drink, as well as some decorative souvenirs to take home with you. The Day of Rest is a Summer festival that is celebrated by each resident in their own way. For some, that means visiting th…

- Dev Log 01.07.26 - 7 January 2026
Hello and Happy New Year! :)We've got a short update this time - just a mention of a couple new features that are dropping with today's update. We're gliding along with Phase 1 with these additions - only snow layers, festivals, and romance remaining!Today we're adding in an artifact/fossil system. After purchasing a shovel from Tessa, look closely at the ground in each scene - if you see a lonesome dirt pile, click to uncover a potentially valuable fossil or artifact! We have a museum planned for your collections in the future, but for now these finds are just extra pocket money.Next, we have a reworking of the Flower Temple (as mentioned in the 12.10.25 log). Now, instead of flowers of the world, you'll be able to win a multitude of items from the slot machines within. Rosenvalian clothes, gems, animals, tools, food, crops, and more are all available to be won! Some special temple-spec…
