We would like to share additional information regarding the recent Solo Raid (BETA) error and some of the Jump-Start Quest Mission Rewards. Solo Raid(BETA) is has not been officially released yet as it is still in beta mode. We released the mode in beta first to ensure we can collect the feedback from our Captains for a better release. We expected some aspects of the gamemode to require some improvements, but the recent 'level adjustments not applying' error caused more inconveniences than we expected and we sincerely apologize for that. Also, we are currently in a situation where it is difficult for us to figure out exactly which Captains were affected by this error and lost points.
