It has been 6 days since the launch, and during this time, we have received both positive and negative feedback. It's been a long time since we released the demo, and we carefully evaluated the feedback we received both from the demo and about our game. Based on this feedback, we made extensive improvements to the main game. The experiences we gained during and before the demo process have taught us valuable lessons in the development of the game. This patch only affects the Demo version of The Other Me. Reduced object density and removed unnecessary items. Map lighting has been changed to improve visibility. Objects that can be picked up and interacted with have been made more prominent. Changes and corrections to cutscenes. Added new story-related subtitles. Added info widget to reduce confusion. Reconfigured background sounds. Performance improvements have been made. Reorganized objects that block and allow passage in some areas. Removed and fixed buggy items by climbing on them. Missing translations have been completed. With this patch, dozens of gameplay-impacting, performance-impairing minor fixes and more have been made.

We are almost done working on the Prologue, the demo version of The Other Me, which will be released on Steam Next Fest February 2024. Updates and details about the Prologue are as follows. Prologue The story narration in the Prologue is dubbed in Turkish and English. Story subtitles have been localized for all languages specified at launch. Potential bugs have been fixed and are all in testing. All cutscenes and opening scenes in the Prologue have been edited. Fixed possible animation bugs. Created a deeper atmosphere with background sounds to increase the sense of reality. The entire UI/UI has been changed down to the last detail to blend in with the theme of the game. The Prologue episode design has been designed to fit the story as planned, making the main scenes and cutscenes more immersive. All locations, from small gardens to large buildings, and every item that can be interacted with in the game have had a better quality sound effect added or edited, as well as integrating real-life sound models with new items. We've been developing The Other Me since June 2023 and we've been working on the game non-stop until today, so we gave ourselves a 2 week vacation break. At the end of this 5 month period we surpassed 10,000+ views, which was a huge achievement for us and we are very happy to have unlocked it. ♥ We have decided to share DevLOGs on a monthly basis instead of weekly.
