Back in February, Ghost Town was up for Immersive Reality Game of the Year at the 29th Annual DICE Awards in Las Vegas.The category was very hotly contested with four other stellar titles in the running, however Ghost Town only went and won it! Lovely news for the team back in the UK to wake up to!Absolutely thrilled with what is our first DICE Award as a studio! Congratulations to all the other category winners & nominees!

It's that time of year again, but this time we have a game you can nominate! We've been overwhelmed with the love for Ghost Town since it's launch earlier this year. So many positive reviews and comments from players and critics, alongside various award nominations like Best VR/AR game at The Game Awards! (Please vote for us!). Not to mention that we won Best Puzzle Game and Game of the Year at this year's TIGA awards! We'd love it if you considered nominating Ghost Town as Steam's VR Game of the Year! In our last news post, we mentioned that we'd been nominated across 5 different categories at the TIGA Awards.... Well, we ended up winning not only Best Puzzle Game but also GAME OF THE YEAR! Delighted is an understatement! We had a few of the Fireproof Games team attend the awards ceremony earlier this week & they had an absolute blast! - Ghost Town Update & Big Fireproof Sale! - 30 April 2025
Hello there! It's been a while, so we figured a couple of update are in order! Ghost Town - Meta Quest Store launch We've been keeping busy since our initial announcement last October getting Ghost Town all polished up for it's Meta Quest store release, which happened last Thursday! The reception has been wonderful to see, with critic and player reviews almost unanimously positive so far. We've been glued to our screens waiting on every new video, review or comment to come through! Upload VR put together a particularly glowing piece if anyone fancies a bit of further reading! You can buy Ghost Town on the Meta Quest Store here! Ghost Town - Steam release coming soon Now that Ghost Town has released on Quest we're focussing our attention on the PC (Steam) & PSVR2 versions. We don't quite have a date in the calendar that we can share yet, however as soon as we're confident on a launch day…
