- v1.0.5 - a minor fix that grinds my rails! - 17 December 2024
Hello drivers, we just pushed out a small fix to an issue where vehicles would sometimes bounce into space after riding the rails in the forest. Vehicles should no longer bounce into space. Fixed an issue where grind rails would sometimes launch players when reaching the end of the rail. Fixed an issue where the Monstro suspension would often end up in a bouncy state. Here is another small patch to handle some issues we noticed while we're cooking up a bigger set of fixes and improvements. What's Changed? The camera shouldn't go flying around anymore during lag spikes, making them less sucky! Still sucky, just less! We smoothed out some rough terrain in the forest! Apparently there was a floating ramp in one of the forest levels? How spooky! We grounded it properly now! The lava in the scorch was glowing a bit too glowy-ly! Hello drivers! I hope you are ready for our final demo update before Pest Apocalypse releases on December 4th! First of all, what's changed: We've done a polish round on ramps and jumps! We hope your sunset dives will be even more epic now! Your save files have moved and are now in a stable place so your progress from the demo should work in the full version! A bunch of small UX fixes that we hope buff out rough edges you might have been annoyed by. Hopefully the game will stutter a bit less when loading stuff for the first time. Hello drivers! We just pushed out a massive update with a change that will wipe your save files! Reworked Progression! The upgrades button is finally unlocked and you can unlock upgrades that will make you better and stronger across runs! Including a completely new upgrade, which lets you reroll the drops you get from pizza deliveries! To unlock the upgrades you will need to get the TIPS you earn from pizza deliveries. You might also notice that leveling up your passengers during pizza delivery now looks and feels different. Passengers now come with 3 skill branches you can upgrade, depending on what you need them to be better at. And don't sleep on the ultimate forms of passengers, you have to collect the correct item, but the powerup they get is immense!
