First and foremost we want to give a heartfelt thank you to our amazing community, your enthusiasm and support for our titles has been a constant reminder why we do what we love— creating awesome games. As a lot of you know we are a small indie studio, and as we continue to work on several projects, we have to reassess where we need to focus our priority, and with that we will need to pause development of the Slender: The Arrival DLC, mod support and multiplayer. While we hope to revisit this content in the future we do need to shift our focus so we do not stretch our staff too thin. We have made the decision to delay the addition of new DLC chapters, multiplayer and cross-platform mods coming to Slender: The Arrival. Our team is working on multiple projects, and to ensure we have not stretched our team too far we are looking at a slightly longer development period. Rest assured, we plan to deliver a really unique experience within Slender: The Arrival, and with more time our team can hit the right quality mark. We appreciate all the feedback from our community, and we can not wait to update you all as more news develops. We wanted to put Slender: The Arrival forth for consideration for the Labor of Love award. As you likely know, we have been hard at work building the 10th Anniversary Update which launched on October 18 as a free upgrade. We’ve been blown away by the responses from all of you since the update dropped, and we can’t thank you enough for sticking with us throughout the last ten years. This marks a whole decade since our original release and we thought it was a perfect time to go back and revisit the first game we launched as a studio. Your responses have truly energized our whole team, and that makes our jobs so much more rewarding. We are kicking things up a notch next year by adding a multiplayer mode, cross-platform modding, and even more chapters. Firstly, thank you to everyone who has played the Anniversary Update, we have been gathering a lot of feedback to improve your gameplay experience, adding quality-of-life updates and fixing bugs. You may start seeing some newly added Halloween decorations hung up around Kate’s house to spruce up the place. Who knows, maybe someone may come around for some trick-or-treating? We wanted to start off by updating you all on the game's price. As many of you know, the update will be arriving to existing Steam customers for free.
