- Spring Updates & New Price - 11 April 2025
Hey Everyone, We’ve got some solid updates on the way, with one going live later today... but in the meantime, there are a few important changes we wanted to highlight separately. First off, the game will now launch in offline mode by default — so no need to connect online unless you choose to. This gives players more flexibility, especially while we work on upgrading our servers behind the scenes. Once that’s done, online mode will be back, but entirely optional. We’ve also dropped the price of the game to make it more accessible and hopefully bring in some fresh recruits to the war effort. There’s plenty more coming soon — thanks as always for being part of the RKW`s community!

- Comparing Renaissance and Medieval Kingdom Wars - 14 January 2025
Hey Everyone, As we prepare to unleash our big game engine update later today, I wanted to take a moment to address some of the most common questions (and sometimes complaints) about RKW: What’s the difference between Renaissance Kingdom Wars and Medieval Kingdom Wars? Is RKW just MKW under a new name? Is RKW worth getting if I already own MKW? Let’s dive into these questions! And as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words—so we’ll compare the same locations and situations from both games with side-by-side pictures. First picture will be MKW, and second RKW. And in order to keep this as lighthearted as possible - there are some weak attempts at humor below... And for our players who have played MKW in the past and feel that RKW might be too similar - I believe these comparisons often come from how many games we all play these days. Over time, it’s easy to forget what MKW was reall…
