• Almost there - 8 August 2026

  As of today 09/08/2026 The story and maps have been completed. Its been a long journey but everything is almost done. We're hoping to release the game by December but this is not confirmed yet.The final version of the game will have 28 acts and 8 dream sequence acts to follow along too. There are so many characters that can join you and each will provide some perk against the final boss if you so choose to take them along with you, If your savvy enough, you might even discover some hidden echoes.Still need to work on a few things here and there like a journey log so the player doesn't forget what they are doing, a couple of battle sprites, some in-game profile icons, some battles and boss battles, in-game stickers and if possible steam achievements. We also need to complete the Art book & Puzzle guide before release too.

• 2/3rd's the way done - 29 August 2024

  Its been just about a year since the steam store page was made public. Varkij: Dream and Nightmare is now 2/3rd's of the way done. Its been approximately four years since this game project has been started and it looks like it might be another 1-3 years until it gets released. There are currently 18 acts and 6 dream sequence acts to play though for play testers and patrons. The project is mostly being made by a single person which is why its taking so long. I just thought I would share the news of how far along the project is so people can also know when to expect its release.
