• 1.0.9 - Performance Improvement - 11 September 2026

  I've just updated the game to implement a performance improvement. When resuming a large puzzle, with many pieces already connected, the reload should now be much faster. I'm keen to hear if this update effectively speeds up loading, and if it introduces any new issues. Please let me know about any other performance or playability concerns!

  This update addresses an issue mentioned by a few puzzle-solvers. Some players mentioned that the game was slowing down over time, particularly after exiting and resuming larger puzzles. I've confirmed the problem, investigated its causes, and made the necessary changes. Anyone who noticed their game slowing down should now enjoy consistent performance. • 1.0.7 - Puzzle Piece Shuffling, Windows 11 Display Update - 26 February 2026

  This update aims to address a problem mentioned by several puzzle solvers.When a new puzzle is started, puzzle pieces will now be automatically placed outside of the 'work area'.This should save a lot of time, especially when solving puzzles with large numbers of pieces.As the pieces are now scattered over a far wider area, the view will be 'zoomed-out' by default when each puzzle is started or resumed.Normal zoom functionality remains unaffected.This update also includes code to ameliorate a bug which relates to displaying text on some Windows 11 systems.Developer's note:I'm committed to continue improving the game, and this update comes in response to player feedback.Please let me know if this update improves your experience, and/or if it introduces any new issues that weren't there before!

• 1.0.4 - Large Puzzles Bug Fix - 28 September 2023

  This update aims to fix an identified bug; lagging when connecting large groups of puzzle pieces. There should be a noticeable difference, with the puzzle piece connection being much smoother in larger puzzle sizes (400+ pieces). I have seen this difference in my own testing, and I'm interested to find out if you can see an improvement with this update. Please let me know!
