  The latest update to Orb of The Watcher is here, this contains contains a new mode for those who think hardcore is too easy. Go through the dungeon with only one character in solo mode.

• Orb Of The Watcher Leaves Early Access - 4 March 2025

  Well it has been a long ride but Orb Of The Watcher is finally going to leave early access with the release of the next update. The Doom of the Drow update sees the players enter an old Drow city which seems to have been abandoned. Players must uncover the mystery and get access to their final goal, The golden palace. Where teh fabled orb they have been search might be. Orb Of The Watcher, The Doom Of The Drow update is coming up on March 14th 2025. Other improvements include Two new levels More items More monsters Quicker loading times More high level spells to blast at your enemies.

• The Verdant Caves are here - 14 November 2024

  Orb Of The Watcher 0.92 Update – The Verdant Caves Updates Two Extra Levels – Carry on the adventures with two extra levels taking place under the Dwarven base. Find out why the dwarves have it so rough and what happened in the dark caves. Featuring new monsters, items and traps. Hardcore Mode – Adventure under Waterdeep with higher stakes. Hardcore mode means no saves, no tutorial and oh yeah, the save gets deleted if all four characters die. New achievements, including a special one for supporting the early access release. A switch was flipped in error and now some traps affect monsters too. We had a word and monsters will no longer use their ninja training and will make footsteps sounds as they walk. Bug fixes (of course).

  The first new levels since release will be added to Orb Of The Watcher on the 14th November. As the early access says, the price will be going up by a couple of bucks then, so this is your last chance to get it at this low low price.

• New Levels Coming Soon - 14 October 2024

  Coming Soon Announcing the next set of levels for Orb Of The Watcher. The Verdant caves was supposed to be a Elven paradise under Waterdeep, but things never work out sometimes. Two new levels of dark twisty caves where even the trees want to slash you to bits. Trees? In a cave? Well there is a reason for it but you will have to play it to find out.

• first update! - 12 September 2024

  There is new version of Orb up on Steam, improvements are We’ve had a word with the trainer and you can now skip the tutorial intro dialogue. Using quick pickup (space), the last character who threw a dart/arrow will pick it up. Darts will be placed in hand if they are empty (the inventory otherwise). Arrows go straight to the quiver. The dungeon inhabitants have been given new uniforms with pockets. This means they will now drop items when killed. Due to the comfy uniforms being really popular, more monsters have taken up residence under Waterdeep. Achievements have been added to the game. Bug fixes (of course). So what’s next? Well let’s just say there is a leafy future for you as you head deeper into the ground.
