  • QoL Improvements! - 8 May 2024

Greetings! I wouldn't be surprised if for some people this update is more anticipated and interesting than all the previous ones. I can't give any reason why I've been procrastinating on adding these changes to the game, it just happened. But the moment has come! Added visual representation of used Card Bonuses. Bonuses that have been used are now displayed in strikethrough text. Added a representation of the current number of Life Points to the UI in the bottom right corner of the screen, so you don't have to waste time manually checking at the bottom of the playfield. Added an information field about the game manual and the possibility to open it with the F1 key. Once clicked, the manual created in the Steam Community will open in the web browser. In the main menu, an indication of the current version of the game has been added, as well as an information section about the game. A few…

  • New mechanics! - 1 May 2024

Greetings! Problems with the goose messed up plans to add new game mechanics, but things seem to be up and running. So time to add new Cards to the game! With this update, new game mechanics and two new Cards have been added to the game. Many of you didn't like the fact that there were a lot of bad Cards in the starting Deck. This has been fixed, but now one of the "Nothing" Cards has been replaced by a new Mystery Chest Card. How to open it and what does it give? I'll leave a little intrigue! But I guarantee that it will become clear during the game. In addition, one Catch Card with an Invert x1 bonus has been removed, and the remaining one has been changed to simplify. Good luck everyone!

  • Second attempt! - 29 April 2024

Greetings! It's been quite a day. I had a hard time finding the point where the game project just starts failing. I had to take an earlier game project and re-add the changes from the latest updates. Now at the beginning of the game, the starting deck no longer fails, at least I checked on hundreds of attempts. Also, the damn Sudden Goose card and its Bonus works correctly. Why did I even add this to the game! Please, if you encounter these bugs again, please report here. Good luck everyone!

  • Sudden Bugs! - 28 April 2024

It's ironic, but adding a card with Sudden Goose brought sudden and absolutely stupid game bugs, totally out of nowhere, lol. I did a rollback of the game build to an earlier and more stable version of the game. It takes a while to get this problem sorted out. Sorry if I've ruined anyone's gaming experience. Stay tuned and don't mess with the gooses..

  • New Disease! - 26 April 2024

Greetings. It's been a week since release, the game has expectedly crept down in all sections of the store, so now fewer random users will know about it. To make it less boring for the duck that can't be touched, I decided to add a fun feathered friend who is always happy to mess up the game. With this update, a new Disease Card, Sudden Goose, has been added to the game, with a negative Theft bonus. Using the bonus destroys one random Card from the Gear Deck. Using the bonus is mandatory to complete a Game Turn if there is no way to destroy that Card one way or another. In addition, several game bugs related to the negative bonus “Best Card = 0” have been fixed Good luck, everyone!

  • New Bonus! - 25 April 2024

Greetings! I don't know if you've noticed, but sometimes during the progression of a game, Disease Cards can really mess up a game session. Before this update, the solution was to either destroy such a Card with the corresponding Bonus, if it fell successfully. Or spend a lot of Life Points. All in all, not much fun. With this update a new bonus, Inversion, has been added to the game, it can be fished with the two added Catch Cards. With this bonus you can invert the Strength of any Card, which is especially useful in the case of strong Disease Cards. In addition, all the music in the game has been edited. Each track now has a 5-second fade-in and fade-out effect so that there is a more pleasant sound transition when the music changes. Also added a small random Power spread for Trophy Cards at the beginning of the game to add a little variety to the game. Fixed several game bugs. Good l…

  • Adjustments to game difficulty. - 23 April 2024

Initially, even before the demo was released, the normal game difficulty was planned to be the medium level, which was from the time the game was released until this update. During the existence of the demo, thanks to feedback, I realized that a little too much, the game is quite difficult because of the large influence of random and the weak ability of the player to influence the random in his favor. So in the demo version was rebalanced in the direction of simplification. In the release version the difficulty from the demo version was moved to the easy level. With this update, the easy level has been further adjusted in favor of easier gameplay. And also corrected all other levels except for the secret level, which will remain in its original form. In addition, the update fixes several bugs with the bonus Replacement x1/2.

  • Small Update - 23 April 2024

A minor update includes: Tooltips for all bonuses that appear when you hover over a bonus. Adjustments to the medium difficulty level to slightly simplify gameplay. Adjustments to the secret level. Minor fixes to a few game bugs.

  • Game release! - 20 April 2024

Greetings! Well, the game is out and available for download for free, just for fun. This game was originally planned as a bit of an experiment. I really liked one existing physical card game, and wanted to try to move and adapt it into a digital form. Of course, not just as a copy-paste, but by bringing something of my own, my own idea, my own visuals. Did it work? Well, if you can download it and play it, then yes, technically it worked. But how well? That's debatable. Because people left a lot of feedback that something is inconvenient, something is unclear, something is wrong and so on. Some of the shortcomings I corrected, but not everything, alas. In any case, you don't have to pay money for the game. If you liked it, fine, if you didn't like it, fine. It's not a $100 bill to please everyone, as smart people say. As a bonus, I decided to add the possibility to support my efforts wi…

  • Feedback and demo improvement #2 - 16 January 2024

Greetings! :) Over the past few days I've made a small update based on the feedback I've received. Added tooltips when hovering over decks of cards, indicating what the decks are for and how many cards they currently contain. Also added a simple animation for the text tooltip on the left, so that it doesn't just exist and take up space on the screen, but draws the player's attention and shows what exactly is required of them at a particular moment in time. Be it completing the current game move, using bonuses, and so on. In addition, the balance of negative cards has been slightly adjusted and the allowable limits of camera movement have been increased so that you can play on monitors with an aspect ratio of 21:9. Thanks for your attention and see you soon! :)

  • Feedback and demo improvement! - 10 January 2024

Greetings! :) I'd like to start by thanking everyone who checked out the demo of the game and shared their impressions. Thank you! Feedback and criticism is there to learn something useful from it and make the product better as much as possible. At the end of the week, the main negative is related to the difficulty of the game. It's true, the game is really quite difficult. And even after fully understanding the rules and all the nuances of the game cards and their bonuses, passing the game remains not such an easy task because of the randomness factor. It's worth noting that this was originally intended, but it does not cancel the need for adjustments to the game balance. Actually, in the update of the demo version the balance of the starting deck of cards has been adjusted. It will be further tweaked in the future. Changes: A card with power -1: was 5 cards, now 3 cards. A card with p…
