Just letting you guys know that we're also on meta quest devices for free! So if you want to play the game pre-steam release you can on meta quest devices! We're still trying to get the game out on steam ASAP, we do have to delay screen mode though... sorry for the screen mode players that wanted to play when it released!

• What do we do? - 1 October 2026

Hey yall! We're curious of YOUR opinion of what we should do with the steam version thats different from the meta quest version EXCLUSIVE to the steam version, what should we do?Let us know down below in the discussions! :D

• Oops.... - 30 September 2026

On the steam page it put our placeholder release date which was not meant to be there, we forgot to change it to later and it told to everyone that monkey is coming out TODAY, which sadly it is not.Steam is not letting me update the release date, its lowkey annoying, but on release we will do a 40% discount, sorry about this.We wish we could release monkey onto steam RIGHT NOW but we literally cant, extremely sorry..

• Release on steam is closer than you think! - 24 August 2026

Hey there monkeys! We have an idea on when we're going to be releasing on steam! The reason we arent just on steam right now is because we have to improve our anticheat services so that players cant just crash peoples games, etc.We want everybody to have a fun time here in monkey by modding, playing the built in gamemodes, etc. But we dont want people to ruin other peoples time in the game (For example: Crashing others games and/or lagging them)We think we can release the game in the next month!

• WE'RE ON STEAM - 21 August 2026

Thank you guys so much for the support, and with this support we we're able to get on steam, this means a lot to me and the rest of the people at two armed baboons, we should be able to release on steam in the coming months, but it will be by Q1 2027
